Just 14 km from Mission Beach and 8 km from Woolworths, Wongaling, our guest house is perfect to relax after exploring our little packet of paradise. Situated on 2 acres and secluded from the main house it has it's own private entrance. The property backs onto the wild and primeval Hull River. With a boat ramp and boat parking bordering the side entrance, it is the ideal hub for fishing enthusiasts. 30 min to Dunk Island.

At days end the background sounds of the rippling creek and a chorus of birdcalls settle you into this rustic, bushland shack. Dawn welcomes you and surprises you with a large mob of wallabies and a curfew of curlews reclining out front.

Your kitchen is stocked daily with fresh tableland local products you can use to prepare your sumptuous breakfast.

Set on 40 Private acres, "The Cassowary" is a modern air-cond cabin. It is open plan living/bedroom with q/size bed and Kitchenette It has a separate room with sofa that converts to double bed for extra guests. Undercover large deck with stunning rural views. Private river safe swimming hole. Free wifi, flat screen TV. We do have 3 other cabins on the property to accommodate larger families or groups. 7mins from Paronella Park.

Escape to the Forest

Our self-contained one-bedroom villa, offers guests a relaxing and luxurious home away from home. Located on a large acreage property, there are established walking tracks meandering through the forest, that lead to ancient waterholes. The modern facilities, cool waterways, and peaceful surroundings promote rest, joy and recovery. Guests can check-in at 2:00pm and check-out by 11:00am. Unlimited wi-fi available on site.
