Sophie and Nick made us feel right at home with their easy, friendly manner. (Nelly, the dog, was very friendly too!) We were greeted on arrival and shown to our accommodation which was as described, spacious and lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower lovely and refreshing. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked a table for an evening meal at The Weeping Willow in Barrow - 2miles away - on Sophie’s recommendation, which was excellent. (Nick even offered to give us a lift there!) Mind you, Nicks cooked breakfast in the morning was equally as good, and fresh strawberries accompanied our cereals too. We all left feeling relaxed, and well fed! Would highly recommend this place.

Great house, lovely host and delicious breakfast

Every year we come and stay near Halesworth to visit family. We must have tried 8 different B&B’s but finally we have found one we love. Hall Farm is the most idyllic place to stay - beautiful house and gardens and very friendly and helpful hosts - and a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and eggs from their chickens. We will be back next year!

Susan was a warm and welcoming host with a lovely house and very cute puppy. Although the accommodation is shared I had a private room that contained thoughtful amenities such as hot drinks, a small fridge and biscuits.

Lovely and unique property. Good location for exploring this part of Norfolk. Great host and good value.

I enjoyed my last minute stay. Sian is very helpful and communicative. Even though I had some issues unable to check in a bit late, Sian was beyond helpful in making sure I'm in and comfortable.

Amazing place!! Fab suite, super comfy with lots of little luxury extras. The Deli food was fantastic and very popular with locals and visitors alike. Brilliant location with lovely walks across the marshes and nice pubs. Pillows could be a little softer but that's personal preference and the bed was lush. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the North Norfolk coast and we'll definitely be back!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Penny's. Beautiful area, lovely cosy home, super comfy bed, very good shower . Penny is super friendly and so his the adorable Tig :) Highly recommend

Lovely area, very peaceful and quiet. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. The house is a tiny bit tricky to find because all the houses on the street look the same, but fine as long as you look for the number. Literally a 2 minute walk from Chaucer Barn, so was perfect for attending the venue for a wedding.

Kitty was the most welcoming and friendly host. I loved Halesworth and could walk to the centre within 25 mins or drive there within 5 mins. I stayed for the INK festival and it was an ideal location. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed all the books and classic surroundings. The shower was great and bathroom very clean. Enjoyed the herb teas on offer in the room and biscuits. It was a blissful place to stay and Kitty helpfully offered recommendations. I’d like to stay there again next year.

Staying at Tim's house was truly special. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautifully decorated home we felt so comfortable. Our bedroom was just amazing with everything you could possibly need plus extras that were very much appreciated. Tim is a wonderful host and he treated us to the most spectacular breakfasts. Although the house is within easy walking distance of the town centre it was very quiet. We can't recommend Tim highly enough and we would love to come back.

Jilly is a gracious kind and knowledgeable host - her dogs Paddy and Mango are so friendly and cheeky. I had the best stay with Jilly - 5 mins walk to the town and away from the noise and bustle of a lively city centre. I can tell Jilly is an amazing cook and look forwards to visiting again - highly recommend Jilly as a super host home !! THANK YOU JILLY YOU ARE A STAR ⭐✨

Very simple and straight forward. Scenic 20min walk to the city centre or less on public transport.

The space was lovely with a wonderful view of the garden and in walking distance to the centre. A selection of cereals, toast, tea/coffee and orange juice were also provided - which we were grateful for!

We loved our stay at Maire’s beautiful house. It was the perfect location, close to lovely sandy beaches and inland attractions, such as Bewilderwood (a brilliant woodland theme park). The house is a sympathetically restored Georgian farmhouse with large, comfortably furnished rooms. The lounge looks out onto pretty gardens and was such a relaxing place we found it hard to drag ourselves out each day. We stayed with our two children and although they had their own twin bedroom next to ours, our bedroom was large enough for us to put their mattresses in our room so we could all be together. Maire only ever has one family staying with her at a time so you have lots of privacy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and it included Maire’s homemade jams, marmalade and local honey. Maire was the perfect host and told us all about the local area, things to see and do and the history of her house and its surroundings. We really loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Booked with Nicky for a stay over New Year as The Oak Den was located close to my parents home. I was met my Nicky as I arrived, she was so friendly and immediately showed me around the facilities. She had left some lovely Christmas cake on the side and left some essentials in the fridge which was really appreciated. The Oak Den was perfect, warm, quiet and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Anna was very helpful from the moment the stay was booked, sending me messages advising on the parking, and a map of where the property was located to assist with finding it. Dining room laid for breakfast each morning with selection of cereal, granola and yogurt. Extremely responsive to any messages, and even sat down stairs with her and had a nice chat one evening after work. And like others mentioned, came home from work to a lovely home baked cake. Would recommend this place to my own friends and family

Wendy was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. The facilities were as described and were made to feel very welcome. The garden was lovely to sit in at night overlooking the fields and Frankie the dog was great fun. Would highly recommend Wendy as a host she really made you feel at home. 10 out of 10

Struck Airbnb gold here. Neil and Beverley are very welcoming hosts and went out of their way to help me when I first arrived. Neil even collected my luggage for me. The room is large and the super king bed is one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. I love all the little touches in the room. The bathroom is big with option for shower or a longer soak in the bath. The sun deck would’ve been great if the sun has been shining while I stayed. Highly recommended. I’ll be back and for longer next time.

The best hosts you could wish for, making everything available for our stay, in their beautiful home. We were made to feel very welcome and would expect anyone staying to have an enjoyable and relaxing time. On a personal note...they took time and care to look after all of our requirements...we were blown away by how accommodating they were and yet still they were able to offer us all the privacy we wanted. Coming back asap!

Loved the place and Gary was a lovely friendly host. Breakfast was lovely too. The chocolates are too beautiful, I haven't yet been able to eat mine for this reason. Penny loved hers though. Thank you Gary.

I cannot recommend staying here more. Its such a lovely place. Lovely area- lots of places to visit nearby. Unfortunately the Yurt was closed but Priscilla recommended the Westleton crown down the road (<5 min drive). Its very good value for money. Priscilla made our stay lovely and was very flexible. She put out a lovely breakfast included in the price. Its such great value. I cant think of any flaws. Thanks Priscilla!

Lovely two night stay at Knighton Lodge. Dog friendly, lovely room spacious and newly refurbished. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed, snuggliest duvet ever. Little extras tea, coffee, milk, water, biscuits & toiletries. Amazing freshly cooked breakfast. And Richard & Jason are brilliant hosts, so welcoming and friendly. Cut through to beach at end of road and 5 min walk to Skeg. Can’t fault the place and will def be back later in the year!
