Wonderful house, perfect for family. Pool really convenient and heated, and the fenced backyard was really fun for the kids and our puppy. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and games in the house. You don’t need anything else if going on a getaway with the family, and super closes to main grocery stores, restaurants and 5’ to the beach.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

Excellent stay. Well equipped, responsive hosts, so comfortable. Loved the pool area, kitchen and dining area, master bed and bath - excellent. Would highly recommend!

House set up was perfect for our family. Great space inside and outside for all of us to gather. House was nicely stocked with many extras- towels, kitchen utensils, cooking spices and coffee bar etc. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We would book again! Jeff was great to communicate with me throughout the process.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

My family and I had a wonderful spring break vacation at Rob’s home in Bonita Springs. My husband and I have three kids (ages 10, 7 and 4) and the house was perfect for their ages. There were enough bedrooms for each of us with a wonderful, spacious, safe layout. A large kitchen with a separate dining room and living room attached for a nice open floor plan. The pool was the perfect size and private/clean. Plenty of outdoor seating options in the sun and the shade. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and very close to Bonita beach. A very clean home that seemed recently updated with all amenities. Overall, a great home! I would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. We had a great stay at Clint's place. Loved the open layout and the fully retractable glass sliders are great - the pool feels like an extension of the living room and kitchen area. Bedroom layout and large bathrooms were great too. Very well stocked home with everything we needed and very clean. The house feels private and close to everything - beach, restaurants, etc. Really easy to deal with Clint who was extremely responsive. Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Naples.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood with great location! The home was very clean, had nice amenities, and we felt right at home. Loved the pool and private back yard. Dara was quick to respond to any questions and made the rental a 5 star experience.

What a delight to arrive for our Easter vacation and be greeted by a chocolate bearing Easter Gnome and Easter Bunny when we entered the Seahorse Cottage. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 as we came to Naples to see our 5 week old granddaughter (and daughter and son-in-law). The two seating areas, living/dining/kitchen and lanai, allowed us all to sit and visit together whether inside or outside. The heated pool provided hours of enjoyment for our 11 year old daughter and the rest of us were refreshed by the salt water piscina throughout the visit. The location is excellent for peaceful early morning coffee on the screened patio listening to the variety of birds. Proximity to the beach made it easy to take in those special Naples sunsets and make use of the 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The beds were comfortable, appliances all new and everything worked well. Ivana is an exceptional host, who responds quickly to every inquiry. I would not hesitate to rent from her again

Very welcoming neighborhood. Amazing neighbors. Amazing host. Beautiful house. Lots of toys and things for kids to play with in the pool and at the beach. Close to lots of food places. Would definitely recommend.

Wunderschönes Haus, toll eingerichtet. Herziges und ruhiges Quartier, in 5min zu Fuss zum Strand. Die Verandas sind toll! Meine Tochter wollte am liebsten bleiben! Der Pool hat den Kindern sehr gefallen! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! :)

What great accommodations! This was our second stay at this house. The house is very clean and fully stocked. The location of the house is near to the beach and many restaurants. The hostesses are awesome. They immediately respond to inquiries and want to make sure your stay is perfect. My friends and I would definitely go back and stay there again.

We loved our stay at this charming house. It felt like an old Florida house, but with all the modern conveniences. The house was so clean and the bed was comfortable. The backyard is a tropical paradise! The pool and hot tub are heavenly. It is a nice quiet street but one thing to remember is traffic on the main road is extremely slow during peak times. Luckily the beach and restaurants are close and walking distance. We enjoyed the house, even with a few quirks. Communication was great and helpful. We would stay here again.

Hermosa casa, tal cual las fotos. Excelente ubicación, en una zona tranquila pero cerca de la playa y negocios. Sólo mejoraría el mantenimiento ya que tenía algunos detalles de deterioro por uso. Volveremos y recomendarnos!

House was as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. Our family had a very relaxing vacation enjoying all the house’s amenities, especially the pool and the bikes. Space was very clean and well equipped to meet our needs.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

Kimberly’s home in Bonita Springs was perfect for us. It’s clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a beautifully warm pool. We were very comfortable and happy there. There was some construction noise but the lanai area was still very relaxing and quiet most of the time. There were a couple of dead bugs in the main living when we arrived but we didn’t have any issues with live bugs. The internet was fast and had great coverage throughout the house. We loved the big communal space - kitchen + dining room + family room all connected was awesome. Overall - great home base in Bonita Springs!
