Great condo with amazing views! Very well stocked! Recommend!

Just returned from a beautiful 4 days in Naples staying at Andrew's place. Cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Everything was exceptional. First, the location is nestled a half a block from the heart of 5th Ave. South. We had rented a car, but could have easily walked to any of the best restaurants in Naples. The beach was a few blocks away and we enjoyed miles of beach walks each day. 5th Ave South was alive with music and activities, but once we were back in the condo it was quiet and peaceful. Andrew has provided all required gear for the week. From beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels etc. so you are never wondering if you need anything for the days activities. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately so there was no lag waiting for responses. Add to that a private parking spot next to the condo and there was really nothing more we could have asked for. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Naples.

Linda’s place was absolutely perfect. Exactly as the pictures! Location was perfect. You have everything you need for the beach chairs umbrella and even better a wagon for easy transport!!

We had such a great time. Cindy's condo was perfect for the two of us. Estero Beach was our favorite beach from the whole vacation, and what was best it was right outside!! We found so many shells,and saw dolphins. It's a great place to stay. Cindy was always just a text away,and responded right away. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was wonderful, from the spectacular view to exceptional host. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony enjoying morning coffee and often seeing dolphins, to relaxing in the evening catching the beautiful sunsets. Having the beach equipment was exceptional. Caihlin was always quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay. This is definitely #1 on our list of places to stay in that area.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Upon check in there was a mixup with cleaning from the previous guests, so we had to wait an extra hour to move our things in. However, the host was very responsive and quick to get things sorted out. Overall a great stay! Room looked exactly like the photos and our view was great. Saw lots of wildlife and the pool was relaxing/clean. Would definitely stay here again. Flippers on the bay was delightful!

We had a great stay in the condo. Very close to Lovers Key and the views are just superb. Condo has everything you need. The beach is a bit of a walk but still very nice. We stayed with two children and had plenty of space.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. It had all you needed for a great beach vacation. Plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches. We used the public transportation and it was easy to use and very reasonable!!

Another great stay at Charlotte’s condo! This was my 4th time vacationing at Charlottes condo and again had a great time! If you enjoy sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking your coffee watching the dolphins swimming along the shoreline this is the condo for you! Thank again for a great stay Charlotte!

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Dana was fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Readily available and flexible. Location was great.

It was a very smooth experience from beginning to end. We had one thing we were missing and Keith got on it immediately. Very responsive. One more note that’s not reflected in my ratings - the reference to a dishwasher in listing and on guidance in the unit should be removed! Also modify listing of utensils, baking sheet, S&P.

If you are considering Island Too for your next vacation, don’t hesitate and book it! The place is gorgeous with such attention to detail. The views of the Gulf were absolutely breath taking. We loved spending our evening on the balcony couch watching the sunset. The building itself is located on the south side of Fort Meyers beach which is great because it’s quiet yet just a short bike ride or car ride to more of the action. We used the building bikes every morning and enjoyed stopping at the MoJoe’s food truck for coffee and breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful! Stay with confidence! Look exactly like photos, smartly organized and lots of great amenities! Loved our stay here! Christine is easy to communicate with and was just lovely to work with!

My only hesitation in writing a good review is that I don't want anybody else to find out about this gem! From even before booking, the team was responsive and helpful and it never stopped. The place is not only beautiful, but well appointed. Was not left wanting for anything. and you certainly can't beat the location. Can't wait to visit again!

The studio was clean and walking distance to everything, provided beach chairs and umbrella to take my elderly mom to the beach. we walked to St Annes church every day for mass. Amazing stay I will be back next year. Owner allowed us to check in early which was great we changed and went right to the beach. Thank you.

We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!
