Perfect apartment, central location and close to everything. We used the apartment as a base for a cycling weekend, apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rebecca was very responsive and really helpful. Can’t recommend the apartment enough.

Just had an amazing three night stay in The Loft. Easy check in with great communication. Place was spotless and so peaceful. Walks right from the doorstep which was perfect for us and the Manifold Inn an easy 20min walk on quiet country lane. Food was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here and would love to return. Keep up the good work. :)

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Great place in a great location, everything was very comfortable and clean, there was a well-kitted out kitchen and comfy bed. Being on the first floor meant stunning views and you felt very safe. The kitchen and lounge were actually even better than in the photos, there was a nice comfy sofa in the lounge and the kitchen table was in a convenient place with dining chairs and a bench. Very good location down a quiet street but only a few mins walk from the pubs and shops. Thanks for hosting me!

Very beautiful surroundings and cleverly executed indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage rooms! Some minor issues with the heating of the Manners and sounds of the swimmers below however it’s a great little escape! Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The property is in a great location, very well kept with all basic amenities. Gemma was especially helpful and accommodating after I mistakenly lost the keys to the cottage. Thank you for all the help and the great stay

A lovely place to stay if you want to climb in the peaks. Was a nice space for our large group to eat and hang out together. The hosts also have bouldering pads at the property that you can use! Just slightly difficult to find and get in to but the hosts help us with that.

Back from a 4 night stay at Callow Barn. An outstanding property, immaculate and very spacious with the most spectacular views across the valley. Very well equipped and comfortable. We loved the rural setting,watching the lambs play and pheasant visits. Even saw a deer. The host is very helpful and informative. My friends and I agree that this is our favourite property that we have stayed.The area is stunning,so much to see and do without traveling miles.

Une belle experience de vacances dans ce charmant cottage très...anglais! l'environnement est genial, au milieu des champs, en lisière de la forêt où l'on peut faire de belles promenades. Matloks est à quelques minutes en voiture et se révèle être une jolie bourgade avec de nombreux restaurants et de belles boutiques. La maison est confortable et accueillante, la literie est bonne et l'on dispose de tous les équipements necessaires pour passer quelques jours en toute sérénité. Cet endroit chargé d'histoire est hautement recommandable!! 🤗

From the moment I booked, Rebecca was responsive and helpful. My partner and I spent 5 nights here and really didn’t want to leave. Perfect base to drive into the Peak District for exploring and then to return home for a relaxing evening in the hot tub and cook a meal in the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of pubs and local restaurants to choose from which Rebecca had left lots of info about, The accommodation was spotless and we would love to stay again.

Lovely stay and well accommodated for our little one (18 month old) by providing a cot and high chair. Excellent communication before and during the trip- thank you very much!

My daughters (13 & 9) and I loved this place! Beautiful modern cottage design, spotlessly clean, lovely touches like fresh sourdough bread, eggs laid by the chickens that live outside the front and milk, coffee and jam all left for us. Comfy beds. Met by Naomi and Neil who were very friendly and helped with advice on walks…. Because that’s the most outstanding feature - the location is incredible. Surrounded by hills, each window is like a postcard view. You can walk right out of the back of the house, up to Hollins Cross on the ridge and turn right for Mam Tor and left to Lose Hill or straight over to Castleton, all of which we did. This was a beautiful home in a beautiful spot, and it even had a field of one week old baby lambs next door - idyllic. We will be back I’m sure. Thank you.

It's like a home from home! A very well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful walks from the door and a good selection of pubs within walking distance.

What a fantastic spot! The location is perfect for getting around the peaks and the setting couldn't be more peaceful. Being surrounded by farm animals and just a few other properties makes this the perfect place for undisturbed R&R. The house itself was exactly what we could have hoped for - if anything, the photos undersell it; it's a fantastic space and perfect for a couple. Everything was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you could want for those who prefer to cook at home, the bathroom is fab, (the shower is very powerful and just what you want after a long day walking, cycling or general exploration), and the living space is so light and homely. Mandy is the perfect host - she is super friendly, responsive and incredibly accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more. Her neighbours are also so sweet and accommodating - it was a delight interacting with everyone. Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be staying again. We loved it. .

Had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. This was my second stay here and would definitely stay here again when visiting Sheffield.

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Absolutely wonderful! Eyam is gorgeous, with beautiful walks on the doorstep, easy to get to Buxton, Bakewell, Tideswell and other super places to explore. The apartment is amazing, so much larger than we expected - it feels like a house. All the rooms are great in size, the lounge has a variety of seating, an electric fire, blankets, cushions, loads of DVDs to choose from (it is not a smart tv, so normal channels but the host has over 100 DVDs to choose from - which the children loved!). The kitchen is wonderful - there is so much storage! We didn't have to rearrange the storage to fit in our food delivery! The Tea Room is below and I was worried about noise and smells - but none of us heard or smelt anything - it was so quiet. The beds were all so comfortable, a large roll top bath, great water pressure, super heating and hot water, dark curtains/blinds, every untensil we needed, large fridge and freezer! It was amazing and we will 100% be back! We all absolutely love it!

Was as an absolutely lovely accommodation, exactly as described! All instructions were very well explained and found the bnb very easily.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Anthony the host was friendly and helpful and came to greet us upon arrival. The apartment was delightful and the kids especially loved the mezzanine bedroom - a really exciting treat. We felt right at home and can't wait to come and visit again. 100% recommend this place for both couples and families with one or two children between the ages of 6-14.
