I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s really close to town. The house is comfortable and we felt right at home. She has small things like makeup towels, sharp knives, and nice pots. I also really appreciate the quality and scents of the cleaning products and toiletries. It’s beautifully decorated and the yard is big enough for a dog or your children to run around. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family had a great time at Mike's place! It was perfectly spacious and modern. Had everything we need. The temperature control was excellent and parking was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful house!

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. This was an incredible place to stay! Beautiful home, wonderfully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything anyone would need, beds were extremely comfortable. The outside was glorious with the landscaping and a bush by the driveway that smelled heavenly. It was perfect for our dogs. We loved our stay here, our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! If we are ever in Woodland again, we will be back!

It was a perfect place to stay! Located right by good restaurants shopping and in a private little area. The home had everything we needed and especially had a fenced in backyard since we had our two corgis with us . I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends will come to visit. Marilyn's rental was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at UC Davis. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, a full sized well stocked kitchen and a nice hang out space in the living/dining area. The house is super cute and cozy, and the location is unbeatable right near the farmer's market, downtown Davis and the university. We would 100% stay again.

We decided on a last minute weekend get away and Jacques guesthouse did not disappoint. Her beautiful home is on the property but you have every bit of privacy needed. The deck was our favorite spot. Very private, great view of the hills and you can hear geese, cows, and turkeys. The check in and check out was the easiest I’ve seen. We will definitely be back!

Helpful and responsive. We had a lovely visit and appreciated having our adult kids out for a barbecue and games poolside during our visit

Great stay. Super convenient to my required location and a much better choice than a local hotel. Quiet, day and night. Walkable. Felt very secure due to the established neighborhood. 👌🏼

Amazing stay at the Oasis. Everything was clean and the house had everything for a great stay. We had a special party for our son and the open family room and huge kitchen island and seating was great. As well as the outdoor spaces offering comfortable seating.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Our stay was perfect. The pictures were accurate and the place was as described. It was a surprise for my wife who loves Spanish architecture so she was thrilled. Olga was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay there again, especially in the summer.

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

Lindsay’s place was great. It was easy to find, easy to check in and out of. Lindsay was very communicative and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Suz for the great stay! The location was cozy, dog friendly, and in a great location for visiting family in Folsom. Suz went out of her way to decorate for the holidays for guests and was friendly and proactive. We appreciated the large dining table, games, and amenities.

Great place, will definitely book again!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and cozy and has lots of great space for family to hang out, cooking meals, play games, and watch movies. I love being able to bring the dogs and it’s very well set up for that. We also found a lovely hike along the railroad track and threw an old graveyard into the little historic town of Dutch flat. That was really nice.

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. Thank you for a great stay.

Cynthia’s place was perfect. We travelled with dogs and the side yard was very helpful. Moreover, there is a park across the street where we were able to play fetch with the pups and tire them out. Overall beautiful quiet neighborhood and Airbnb. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a lovely respite with family & friends at Triangle Ranch. The bedroom spacing made it comfortable for all guests to feel like they had privacy. Outdoor activities and tranquility of the property was idyllic. Easy/ close drive to Grass Valley and South Yuba River. Will be back! Thanks Joy & Evan
