Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

NEW for 2024; ALL NEW BATHROOM, NEW stable internet, concrete sidewalk, Solostove firepit patio, NEW hot tub, patio lights, gas grill, outdoor shower. Toys left out; wagon for hauling, kids kayak, adult kayak, paddle board, and beach chairs.

Cozy Cabin & Farm stay @ Owl Tree Acres Homestead

Sunflower cabin is a sweet little rustic cabin with friendly homesteading artist/host located on Owl Tree Acres Farm. Cozy sleeping for 4, a dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker,. Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

The Lake Getaway at Lake Gaston

2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on Lake Gaston. Building #16, Unit 103 Master suite with large, double vanity in master bathroom. 2nd bedroom with private full bath. Kitchen with large island type bar, is open to Family room with corner fireplace and sliding glass doors to back patio with privacy walls. This location provides sandy beaches with main lake views, tennis court, boat trailer parking lot. Located only minutes from I-95 and convenient to RDU, Richmond and Virginia Beach areas.

The Seed House: Octagonal Barn, Dog-Friendly!

Two blocks from the ❤︎ of charming Main St. Warrenton sits an unusually shaped barn. Octagonal living at its finest; The Seed House is fully renovated and features modern amenities like wifi, coffee, tea, kitchen basics, 100% cotton linens, smart TV, games, and yoga gear. The barn is nestled at the tree line, bordered by a huge lawn + gardens. Your stay will be relaxing and private and leave you with a special sense of place. *Dog-friendly with prior approval. Slow down at our cozy lake home; roast marshmallows, stare at trees like they're celebrity influencers, or make some awkward eye contact with a deer--you do you. Feeling more adventurous? Kayak on the lake, play cornhole, or hike on our private trails. And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (because who likes those?), AND check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. Squirrel-approved? 100% They even take selfies.

Cheerful 3-bedroom Cottage in lakeside community

Enjoy family time at the lake and relax in this peaceful cottage that is walking distance to the community beach with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic and playground area. If you have a boat bring it. You will have access to the beach boat ramp. The home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Enjoy the best Lake Kerr has to offer. Waterfront home with dock and sandy beach. In a quiet cove with deep water perfect for fishing or just sitting by the water watching the sunset- catch catfish right off the dock. Quiet family friendly community located in a peaceful setting. All the conveniences of home provided. Fire pit perfect for s'mores by the water. Lovely water view from the main living areas. Kayaks for use or bring your boat and keep at the private dock.

The Peete House and Garden- Entire House

Welcome to the Peete House, a 1911, 4700 sq. ft. neoclassical home in downtown Warrenton. Two blocks from restaurants, bars, the library, antique stores and more. Architectural and gardening interests flourish here. Come explore the large koi pond, two acre garden, and the additional two antebellum houses that reside on property. This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee.

Want to step back in time to the late 1800's? Staying at the historic Bracey Train Depot will give you that experience and more. The Depot is among one of the surviving buildings with the old post office across the street, the general store next door and landmarks. This section of Bracey Drive is at times secluded, just around the 'cut' and a half mile from I-85.
