This was a wonderful location with personal touches and thoughtful planning. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked, yard was perfect for our dog and beds were clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the beach which was a quick walk away. Brian was responsive on the two occasions I had to reach him. The home was close to Little Creek base which was convenient to see our son. Parking was terrific and the home is on a street that is not too busy. The only negative that I’d have is that (as a middle aged woman who sleeps HOT) we were unable to adjust the home’s temperature below 68. Ceiling fans and oscillating fans were available which was helpful. Overall would recommend this home and its host and will likely be back in the future!

We were very happy with our stay and felt that it was a great value. The house itself matched the pictures and description. It was clean, it had all the supplies we needed, and it had enough space for our family of 4 and dogs. We found checking in and out to be simple as the host provided easy to follow instructions and even if we did run into any trouble, the host was friendly and responsive over messaging. Location wise, the house was in a residential area that had a lot of homes but the neighborhood was quiet during the day and at night and the neighbors were friendly. The best part about the location was the convenience that it offered. A nice beach, a grocery store, a local coffee shop, and more were all within a 5 minute drive. Busch Gardens and the zoo took under 30 minutes to get to. The aquarium was 40 minutes away. Being centrally located and being more affordable than other areas allowed us to do a lot more fun activities than we could have done someplace else.

Rachel’s place was one of the reasons why our spring break was so amazing this year. As soon as you enter the house you notice the cozy beach vibe theme. The house is nicely organized and put together. The game room was a fun addition as well. The backyard is well kept with the beautiful green grass cut and edged. The gazebo area has a fire pit and hot tub. Let me tell you… such an amazing vibe in the back yard. We had so much fun listening to music and making smores all night! They thought of everything here! There’s an actual sauna in the master bedroom. I was bummed because we forgot our wireless speaker at home, but guess what… they have one available for you to use and fully charged! Let’s talk about the furniture. They actually put money into the furniture here. The couch was huge and cozy. The beds were not stiff at all. In fact my kids bragged about how comfortable their bed was and how they couldn’t wait to hit the hay that night! This place is worth every penny.

Amazing stay at a great price!!

Beautiful place with modern upgrades. Access to the beach was super close and just a block away. Neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking our dog in the nearby park. We look forward to returning.

Waterfront, Arcade, Great location for us, and a host that roots for the same teams I do… Joseph was very quick and responsive to any questions or food recommendations I needed… the neighborhood is so quite I almost wondered do people actually live there, finally day 3 I saw a kid playing basketball, so it was not fake houses🤣🤣.. Thanks Joseph for everything and allowing me and my family to make great memories with my grandson in VA….

Clean Place with thoughtful touches from the host. Place has a pool and mini cinema. Would definitely book this place again when am next in Virginia

Hosts were very responsive and were quick to assist when there was an issue. I had a very peaceful stay in their beautiful home!

The entrance is in the mid-exterior of the car wash where the clients clean their cars. After you park, you have to walk with all of your luggage through the car wash's exterior (amidst client cleaning their cars) and go up many stairs. But when you enter the loft, you are extremely surprised by the beautiful, modern and clean space. Chandler was available every time I needed clarity on instructions. Bring your own food and beverages. There is a pool nearby which is available. Even though there are minimal eateries in the immediate community, there are places within short distance (mall, movies, restaurants) and there is always Virginia Beach.

Ritamarie’s place was super cute!! I had such a wonderful stay. The place was clean and inviting just like the pictures suggested. The walk to the beach was quick, easy, and BEAUTIFUL. This place was perfect for my first solo trip, as the neighborhood felt safe and I really got to feel like a local! The secluded beach was exactly what I was looking for, far away from the touristy attractions. I would definitely suggest this place for anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway. Definitely would stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay at Valentin’s place. The apartment was clean, bright and roomy. Valentin did an excellent job communicating with us.

We visited family in the area so finding it wasn’t hard. We had an amazing visit the kids loved the place the neighbors were very friendly. We had a lot of fun and felt right at home Peter was very nice and accommodating with our extended check out which was a big help and also gave us great recommendations on places to visit. We do place to stay again in the future.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

We really enjoyed our long Easter weekend at Nataly’s 1st floor apartment in Virginia Beach! Great location:quiet,private,pretty backyard with nice deck,outside shower, and view of the water & lots of animal entertainment: Herons,Egrets,Mallards,fish,squirrels and 1 possum at night! 😆 The apartment is perfect for 2 people: Very Clean,comfy, & the Queen size Bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled so good! Loved the bathroom too! There’s so much to do, so many great places to eat at & funky bars & beer places to experience! Do yourself a favor and take a walk or rent bikes: You’re close enough to the beach-go enjoy it! We recommend “Rudee’s Tours”-The Dolphin Boat Cruise was AWESOME! We’ll be back! We recently stayed at this charming home nestled in the woods, and it was an unforgettable experience! The property features a serene pond and a delightful rowboat. The farm is home to goats, chickens, ducks, and the most incredible dog, Buddy, who quickly became our favorite part of the stay. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from arrival. The farm itself is lovely, with many trails and hidden nooks to explore. The area is incredibly peaceful, except for the rooster who likes to greet the morning with his crowing – a charming touch that added to the rustic feel. The home is indeed small, and we were at max capacity with two adults and a child. It was good that we left our dogs at home, as there wouldn't have been enough space for them. The house's interior is beautifully decorated, comfortable, yet simple, providing everything we needed for a cozy stay. Overall, this home is a perfect getaway to unwind & enjoy nature.

Spent the weekend up here for a quick getaway. It’s a beautiful cabin - location is great, it’s very quiet, and it was the perfect place to escape life for a couple of days. Loved it!!
