Clean, safe, easy to get to. Did the job we needed it to for the weekend.

Our stay was great! Our son is stationed there and Lynn’s place was so close to him.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is as described and pictured. We appreciated the amenities and cleanliness around the apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the towels were plushy and cozy. The kitchen has all the appliance you will need. You can’t beat the beach access in this place, I loved that it was north or the tourist area which made it more quiet and peaceful. We would definitely book again.

I had a truly outstanding stay! The place was impeccably clean. I seriously would have been comfortable eating off the floors. There were lots of snacks in the kitchen and it had all the utensils I needed when cooking. The sofa and beds were very comfy and I loved all the beach & bathroom towels available. There was a step-stool for my little niece to use in the bathroom and I loved the backout curtains, sleep masks, and ear plugs that were available. I felt right at home! The beach & Boardwalk was a block away, tons of restaurants, convenience parking, and I felt safe and cozy. 10/10 🌞

We loved the location. Very short walk to the beach, and short drives to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The bed I slept in was super comfortable and the living room furniture was also comfortable for reading or watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The keypad entry was really convenient and easy to operate. We really enjoyed our weekend stay.

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! I could not recommend this place and these hosts enough! The place was warm and welcoming and I absolutely love the location. A very peaceful neighborhood with easy bay access. The hosts were amazing and responsive. The house had some maintenance problems but at no fault of theirs…just typical house problems and they handled everything extremely well and we were not inconvenienced at all! Also our dog loved the place and they were stocked will all the dog necessities which was very helpful!

We stayed at the cozy beach cottage for a "girls trip" for three busy moms looking for a peaceful retreat for the weekend. The house was just as described - cute, clean, and cozy. We appreciated Kenzi's attention to detail and clear instructions, as well as local restaurant recommendations. This house is one block from the ocean; an easy stroll to watch the sunset from beach. We appreciate that the house had everything we needed and required no tasks for checkout. Thank you Kenzi for allowing us a weekend of rest and relaxation!

Kate’s place was perfect for our family’s first trip to Norfolk! The beach is literally less than a 5 minute walk away. Her home is adorable and her neighbors are the sweetest people! My kids loved their little dog. We felt very comfortable in the house — very nice neighborhood and the home had everything we needed! We were very close to downtown as well. We will definitely be coming back if we make it back to Norfolk! Thank you Kate!

Beautiful place with modern upgrades. Access to the beach was super close and just a block away. Neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking our dog in the nearby park. We look forward to returning.

The attention to detail was incredible—from the beautifully curated décor to the small but thoughtful touches like Band-Aids, cooking essentials, and other convenient extras that made a big difference. This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Arica’s condo! The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and just a short walk to the boardwalk, making it the perfect location for enjoying Virginia Beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the space had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Arica was a great host, ensuring everything was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place near the beach!

LOVED our stay here, we were in town visiting a family member that is stationed in the area. Place was easy to find and had so much to do in the area. The home was so adorable I loved the Blue touches all over with the beachy theme. Everything was a described. We had one small concert and Samantha jumped into action to make sure it was taken care of and was great with following up to make sure we were happy with the resolution. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

This was better than expected. The condo was well appointed in all aspects, especially for a small space, it didn't feel small. location was perfect and views from this corner unit were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay for a couple that’s looking to spend some time at the beach. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Awesome host and great place, very satisfied with our experience!

Went up with family and friends for the weekend. Had a wonderful time, venue was a block away from the beach. Host had recommendations on the table for local restaurants. Parking was a little snug but that’s not the host fault others couldn’t park inside the spaces. Overall we would certainly do it again.

We are so happy that we found this place! It's quite a gem - right on a beautiful sand beach and very close to the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge where we enjoyed our walks. The condo is in a large and very comfortable complex with 2 swimming pools, grills, gym and even it's own and quite good restaurant. Trevor and Renee are very experienced, super friendly and easy to communicate with hosts. They made us feel very welcomed and made sure all our needs are satisfied. Extra thanks for proving the utility wagon to bring our things from and to the car. We will be back!
