Lovely little pad, lots of beautiful things close by to visit, including Grey Seals on the beach. Clean, tidy, warm and well catered for. Great hosts, would recommend. Wayne and Adele.

Absolutely beautiful chalet, really well equipped. It felt so homely and actually quite spacious. the property was so clean and organised. It was situated in the most scenic surroundings. Perfect for a stroll and even more amazing in the sunshine. I simply cannot fault it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our mini-break here. Sara's caravan is stunning and the views are unbeatable. We will definitely return. The little extra touches are fantastic and what I wish every Airbnb would provide (soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper, immaculate, soft bedding and towels, to name a few)

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

Immaculately clean and compact holiday cottage furnished in a modern style. .All the extra bits eg toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, soap were provided which makes for easier packing. Debbie was on site, friendly and helpful. We loved the garden and facilities and had a fabulous time playing tennis, football and table tennis with our kids. Slight negatives - bathroom smelt of damp, you can hear noise from the neighbouring cottages and not so much to do in immediately surrounding area.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We had a great time in Nicola's lovely home. Seagull's Rest is a hidden gem in beautiful Oulton Broads/Lowestoft where you will find everything you need to have a great stay. The nearby Nicholas Everitt Park has everything you need to keep kids and adults busy and happy for hours. And the pool on the premises is clean and well kept. Recommended.

It's hard to know where to start when reviewing our stay at Hopton Manor. We stayed over the Easter bank holiday and couldn't have had a better time if we'd tried. The house is breathtaking, and the photos don't do it justice. It's the type of place you really need to experience to get a true feel for it. We felt like we were the owners while we were there, having full access of the house, pool, and land, and hardly seeing another soul while we were there. We spent our days relaxing in and out of the pool, enjoying the sunshine on the patio (what a sun trap!) and playing snooker on the full-size table. We also walked around the lake several times, enjoying seeing the ducklings and the odd muntjac. A lot of the route is paved, which was great as we took my mother-in-law, who uses a wheelchair to get around. Thank you to Shankara who looked after us while we were there, responding to a couple of questions quickly and ensuring we were okay. If you're on the fence, get off it and book!
