My family and I celebrated my 60th birthday. A beautiful barn minutes drive from Holt. The barn was so lovely like being at home. It was so well equipped. Lots of space and a Logburner. Underfloor heating. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would love to go back again for sure.

Beautiful, peaceful location, lovely local walks. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for us to stay whilst attending a wedding at St Peters Hall, Chris recommended very good taxi company for us to use too. Georgie the dog was a welcome visitor! Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast with beautiful views. The breakfast items were a lovely touch.

We had a great weekend away here. The room was beautifully furnished and cosy in peaceful Holkam Park, and close enough to walk into Wells-next-the-sea. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the room had everything you needed. Johanna was a helpful and responsive host. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

This was a lovely cottage, and we had a wonderful stay. The cottage is perfect for dogs - with a safe enclosed front and back garden. It was spotlessly clean, and all amenities and appliances needed provided in the kitchen etc. Two good sized bathrooms and bedrooms. The cottage is in a great location close to the beach and also for exploring local villages, the Broads and also the larger cities and towns. All communication was quick and straightforward. Private parking for several cars. Would definitely stay here again!

Our host reached out to check in on our arrival, making sure we were settled and knew how to use the amenities, including the hot tub. There were five of us, and the space was perfect for both cooking and relaxing. We were also given great recommendations for the local beach and a good chippy, plus the beach itself was lovely and sandy. The property is about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center but is surrounded by smaller towns, perfect for supporting local business at the Christmas markets or seal watching. I'd definitely return—it's in a great location with a lovely host.

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

We loved our stay at the barn. It was so quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were after. Rebecca and James gave great check-in instructions and were responsive to our queries. We also loved that the barn had everything we needed for cooking and staying in, which is perfect because there isn’t a lot around.

We have loved our stay at Myrtle’s Barn - a perfect location for a family weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday. Beautiful accommodation and we particularly loved the showers! Very grateful for the host’s quick responses to my queries and the home-made cake we found on our arrival was such a lovely touch. We would definitely love to stay again in the future.

A lovely place to stay in a very nice part of the world!

Lovely place with plenty of space and large kitchen, bedroom as well as enclosed garden for the dog. Lots of things to do near, with beaches and walks our highlights Village maid does excellent food, was a shame/ slightly strange that no pubs were open on Sunday evening. Also ate at Ingham Swan which was lovely. Seal viewing is a must!

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s lovely cottage. It was so charming and had a calming atmosphere - just what you need while on holiday. Sebastian was an attentive host but respected our privacy. The cottage was warm and cosy with a beautiful outlook over the stunning garden of the main house and our own private courtyard area. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds meant we had great sleep too. Not far from Burnham Market and Holkham Beach which was great for walking the dogs. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

We stayed a couple of nights, was apsolutly stunning. The place was so clean, well equipped, instructions were super helpful and we found the retreat really easily. Although it was so close to the train tracks you could barely hear it. We had a peaceful night's sleep, the duvet and mattress covering was so comfy you would have never been able to tell it was a sofa bed. The projector, board games and pool table where all amazing and really easy to use. The hosts kept in contact through air B and B throughout and willing to help if needed. Would 100% recommend.

This is the best airbnb we have stayed at. it was absolutely stunning inside and full of character. The hosts were amazing and we were grateful of the added extras inside such as fruit, wine and essentials. we would definitely like to return again and fully recommend this Airbnb as a 5 star staycation

Had a lovely weekend based at Little Tern. Easy off road parking, clear instructions, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, everything spotlessly clean and bright.

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wow! Five stars just isn’t enough. The Goat Barn was an amazing find. The hosts Sam and Bruce go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to provide a clean and comfortable holiday home. The goodies provided were very welcome. The cottage had everything we needed and was modern, warm and welcoming. Sitting outside in the garden eating our breakfast surrounded by goats and sheep was idyllic. We are already looking for an excuse to return. Thank you Sam and Bruce.

We had an excellent stay, the place was lovely, quiet and just what we were looking for. Lots of nice touches, great bathtub, underfloor heating, well equipped, space outside to chill in the sun and we liked the style and decor. Appreciated there was things to oil to cook with, it might have been nice to have a little bit of milk in the fridge for a short stay like ours. Hosts were very responsive during our stay. We had a nice meal at the local Indian. All in all, we recommend!

Lovely modern barn. Clean fresh interior with lots of space. We were very comfortable here. Very peaceful location and well situated to explore parts of North East Norfolk. We would definitely book this place again if returning to the area.
