Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Probably the most enchanting and creative place I’ve ever stayed! Bright, clean and colorful! Brenna and Kyle were friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Kelly was kind, friendly, and accommodating to our needs! The space is undersold in the pictures - there is SO much room! The perfect space for a child/children to have space while still having space for adults after bedtime. The neighborhood was safe, fun, and accessible to public transit which we used exclusively during our trip, as well as being a great place to run.

We stayed at Jenny and Thom’s for a family reunion weekend in Newton where the festivities were at my sister’s house who lived nearby. The home was perfect for what we needed . It is very cozy, nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. The view from the back is so peaceful and we even saw a swan! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. Directions for care of the home are very clear - and little details like labels for the lights were helpful. Jenny was always available if we had any issues but we had none. We would stay again!

This is a nice place with 5 separate rooms. Warm and friendly owner and housekeeper. The house is old but clean and beautiful. Very quiet environment. Definitely will stay here again when we come next time.

From the day we booked the place few months ago Michelle was very friendly, responded to my messages within and hour, but mostly less that a half hour. She was always very clear in her answers. All instructions with all codes were sent 24 hours ahead. When we arrived around 10 pm with two little kids we we really impressed with how well everything was prepared. We thought we will not even be able to have a cup of tea until next morning until we go to the grocery store. But we were wrong: most of the needed stuff was available and the kids fell asleep we were able to have our evening tea. Also all the bedding and towels were white and very clean. Sometimes even in hotels they are not bright white but rather greyish. But not here. In the bathrooms plenty of shampoos, body wash, etc. very clear instructions in a binder. Neighbors very quiet. We really felt like home. If we ever need a place to stay in Boston again this will be our first choice where to stay. And if someone asks for recom

Amazing price and amazing place to spend Halloween! Great places to eat and adventure around! The house was peaceful but had very friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. If I could have Andrea be the host for every air bnb I would be greatful knowing I have someone that's reliable and great with communication. She will treat you right and has great recommendations!

Great location near Ferry to go to and from Boston without being stuck in traffic. Quiet, secluded. Lots of rooms to sleep. A toddler/baby crib perfect for our family. Lots of TVs to use. Easy access to local family-friendly restaurants. Nearby to World's End and a short drive to Plymouth, MA. Overall would recommend.

We took this trip for the NBIN track event. It was perfect for the team. This place was comfortable with just enough room for everyone to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Boston townhome! The location for our small group was perfect—just a quick 5-minute Uber or Lyft ride to the Seaport and walking distance to several great restaurants. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Shelby was proactive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and easy. We feel like we lucked out and found a gem for our weekend getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

Beautiful home and lovely host. We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and the back deck was so nice to have. The home was very clean and lots of spaces to spread out. Regina, the host, was always responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again.

We had a wedding at the Barker House in Scituate for my niece. We booked Melissa’s beautiful home a year ago. Since that date Melissa has been nothing than a perfect host answering all my questions upon arrival. Her house was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with any and everything you would need. She even had a welcome bottle of wine and snacks to start our weekend. The location of this house was even better than described, we loved starting our morning with coffee and a walk on the beach (which is literally across the street) with amazing sunrise. The neighbors around us were so friendly. All of our family and friends were jealous of the accommodations we had. We will definitely be back Thanks Melissa

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.
