Wir hatten nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber mit Empfehlungen für Ausflüge wunderbare und abwechslungsreiche Tage in Norwegen. Fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt gibt es in der Nähe einen kleinen See, der zum Erholen und Baden einlädt. Auch schöne Strände am Fjord sind nicht weit weg. Oslo ist in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (haben wir nicht probiert) erreichbar - dort haben wir unter anderem mit Begeisterung das Technikmuseum, das Fram Museum und das Norwegische Volksmuseum besucht und die Aussicht und die Zipline von der Holmenkollen Schanze genossen. Auch weitere Ausflüge zum Gaustatoppen und nach Schweden waren sehr spannend. An ruhigeren Tagen hatten die Kinder (8, 10 und 12) viel Spaß mit den bei Jostein vorhandenen Spielsachen, die wir nutzen durften. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Vi (to voksne og to barn på 12 og 7) hadde supre dager i det flotte huset til Mirko. Alt var som beskrevet i annonsen, og fungerte helt perfekt for oss. Huset var så fint innredet og hadde alt vi trengte for å ha gode dager der. Det var enkelt å gå den lille turen ned til trikkestoppet for å komme seg til sentrum og deilig å trekke seg tilbake til det fredelige området etter dager med mye program. Barna syntes det var topp med trampoline i hagen og PlayStation inne, og vi voksne fikk kost oss med kaffe på takterrassen. Vi kommer veldig gjerne igjen!

We had a lovely stay. The house has a modern look, the interior is beautiful, and it’s spacious yet has a cozy feel to it. The location was perfect for us as most attractions in Oslo are about a 15 min drive but also accessible by foot, and public transit. Erik and his family were fast to respond if we had any questions and the house is well equipped. The yard has a nice patio and perfect to relax in. Thank you for giving us the pleasure to stay in your lovely home!

We were extremely impressed with the property. After an initial walkaround my husband was very complimentary about the fixtures and fittings, although wondered about the amount of space available. I then pointed out to him that there was an entire downstairs he hadn't looked around yet... a huge playroom area, a cellar, another bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and when we return to the area will definitely be checking availability!

Helle-Karine was an absolutely amazing host. The property is beautiful and has everything guests need and more. It is so clean and relaxing. Good transport links by bus to all the things Oslo has to offer plus off street parking if you have a car or car rental. We highly recommend staying here, it makes a great base for a family trip to Oslo and Norway. Thank you!!!

Central location for a stay in Oslo, without the noise of downtown. Public transportation within a short walk. The home itself was comfortable and roomy. We had our family of 7 and it had enough small areas to have some alone time, balanced with larger gathering spaces. The open concept, with doors opening up to a lovely backyard and a sitting areas both inside and out, made for relaxing meals and evenings. Our host was proactive in her tips and suggestions, and responded quickly when we had questions. She was very welcoming and helped us feel at welcome in her home. This is indeed a sweet AirB&B.

La maison de Frode et Vidar est un véritable bijou, idéalement située à quelques encablures de ferry du centre d'Oslo, offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur le majestueux Fjord. C'est un cadre de rêve pour quiconque souhaite s'évader tout en restant à proximité de la ville. L'intérieur de la maison est parfaitement équipé, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour des plus agréables. De plus, la proximité des commerces et des transports publics en fait un lieu aussi pratique que charmant. Un des moments les plus magiques de notre séjour a été de pouvoir admirer les aurores boréales directement depuis le salon – un spectacle inoubliable et un privilège rare. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour une expérience unique en Norvège.

Flott beliggenhet med 180° utsikt over sjøen som nytes aller best fra takterrassen. På de fleste punkter er dette huset som annonsert, på de øvrige er det bedre. Tor Magnus la alt til rette for at vi skulle ha et hyggelig ophold og svarte ummidelbart når vi hadde spørsmål.

A lovely older home, newly renovated with up-to-date modern style and amenities. Lovely gathering spaces in living, dining, kitchen and two outdoor eating spaces. Bedrooms had room darkening shades which are important in June. Great location for tourists visiting Oslo, short distance to bus and tram systems that can take you most wherever you want to go. A great variety of restaurants in the area. Our group of adults was in town for a family wedding and some sight-seeing, so we never cooked in the kitchen and instead we ate lunch and dinner out and about every day. This home is also well suited to families with kids. Christian, our host, was very nice, helpful and responsive to our questions.

Beautiful AirBnB that fit our group of 14 very comfortably! It was a short walk to the public tram making it easy to get around Oslo and see the sites.

Ida und Ole haben uns sehr herzlich in ihrem schönen Haus empfangen. Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche sehr genossen und einige Ausflüge nach Oslo unternommen, Graugänse und Rehe beobachtet, den Fitnessraum genutzt und in der schönen Umgebung gejoggt. Einzig auf ein Auto ist man angewiesen, denn der Bus in die nächstgrössere Ortschaft fährt nicht regelmässig, ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Wir waren mit sieben Freunden für fünf Tage bei Jonas und seiner Familie. Insbesondere möchten wir hier die Lage und die tolle Aussicht hervorheben. Wenn man etwas Ruhe haben will aber dennoch gerne etwas von Oslo sehen möchte ist es einfach perfekt.Morgens schwimmen gehen, und dann mit der Fähre 20 Minuten direkt in die Osloer Innenstadt. Very unique place which I knew of from my youth. Not easy to house three generations - four families, but here it worked both inside and outside. Both adults and kids had places to congregate and activities to enjoy. Please note this is a home in daily use; not some 100% rental unit like many others. The walk through the sheep-meadow to the local bus stop is relaxing and unique. Make sure you download the “ruter” app which will guide you on how to reach Oslo area points of interest. You can survive with public transport as grocery store at Hosle bus stop, but a car going to Bekkestua will yield many more options for food, bakeries, coffeshops and liquor store. Finally a shoutout to the owners sister Carine. She lives with her family next door and is the daily manager. Always available and replies quickly with a smile! To paraphrase an old Norwegian advertising slogan; “no one above or alongside!”

Èin nydelig plass som svarte 100% til forventningane. Stort hus med svært gode fasiliteter, gangavstand til badestrand og barna elska jacuzzi og badebassenget i hagen. Svært gode senger, ryddig og reint. Vertskapet svarte raskt og på tilbodssida. Vi kjem gjerne att🌸 Lett å ta buss til Oslo, som hadde hyppige avganger. Koslige gater i Drøbak med det lille ekstra🌸

Logement parfait pour un groupe. Propre et agréable la maison est très facile d’accès pour le centre ville. Ida-Marie est très réactive et de bon conseils. Je recommande

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Oslo. Das Haus liegt ganz am Ende einer Straße, so dass wir unsere Kinder völlig beruhigt draußen spielen lassen könnten. Von der Küche über die Schlaf und Kinderzimmer war alles perfekt ausgestattet. Sogar ein Zimmer zum Spielen und eine Kinoleinwand gab es. Der Pool war perfekt und schön groß. Wir haben ihn viel genutzt. Unseren Wagen könnten wir direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Beim Supermarkt gibt es direkt einen Schnelllader für unseren PKW. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt sted for et avbrekk fra den travle hverdagen. Fantastisk lokale og fasiliteter. Oppholdet innfridde alle forventningene (og mer) og vi kommer til å anbefale villaen (og verten) til både kjente og ukjente! Verten var tilgjengelig, hyggelig, respektabel og kommunikasjonen var rask og bra. Vi fikk et skriv ved ankomst med informasjon om fasilitetene og anbefalinger i lokalområdet. Dette satte vi stor pris på! Inn -og utsjekk var enkel og effektiv. Vi kommer garantert tilbake, ti av ti opphold.

Et fantastisk fint uteområde. Stort, oppvarmet basseng, jacuzzi, stor hage og bordtennis. Vi storkoste oss! Som annonsen sier er huset under renovasjon, det blir nok helt supert når alt er ferdig :)
