I am very impressed with Pat. This is my fourth time here, and I am just as impressed as ever. Pat has taken great care of me and my family from the booking process to checkout. I am never disappointed when staying with Pat whenever I visit Pattaya.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Easy seamless check in and we arrived to a beautiful welcome basket of fruit and a fridge full of beers, water and milk. The house was incredibly homely and spacious with a well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking. Deepa and Andy were incredibly accommodating allowing us to extend our stay by 4 extra nights. We had a wonderful time and already looking forward to going back!

Ban Nong Yai is een echt authentiek Thais dorp. In de omgeving zie je heel weinig toeristen. Er is dan ook niet veel te doen wat vertier betreft, maar de natuur is aantrekkelijk. In t dorp is op loopafstand een barretje waar je naast een borrel ook op aanvraag een hapje kunt eten. Het is leuk om de omgeving per scooter te ontdekken en de kust af te rijden. De villa is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Denzil is zeer behulpzaam en regelt alles wat je nodig hebt.

Baan Tony is a lovely place. The house is split into multiple sections, with bedrooms and living room all surrounding the stunning pool (two main bedrooms at one end, living room in the middle and the two smaller rooms the other side) with the kitchen, laundry and garage slightly off to one side so they don’t spoil the pool effect. Garden was immaculately kept with blooming flowers everywhere. The place is also gated for security with only two other places near by (both also massive so no where near really). There’s a big tv and sound system in the main room plus board games and a desk for work plus outdoor speakers. The staff (cleaners mainly but also a security guard and gardeners) were all very friendly and deeply respectful. Ted himself manages the property on behalf of his family from Holland. It’s been built and owned by his family for decades and he knows everything about the property and area. Very friendly and responsive. Would 💯 go back.

Daniel's pool villa was wonderful! The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean but most of all, the pool was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. This is a place you can truly relax. My wife and I enjoyed a 3 week stay along with our small dog. The yard is secure so we could let our pup enjoy the yard with no worries. Daniel was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and good places to eat. We highly recommend this property and will stay again!

Malee was an extremely responsive host. The villa was exactly as in the pictures and perfect for what we needed. The common areas on the gated community needed a bit more upkeep but the villa was in great shape with everything working. It is away from the main beach road so very quiet and you have a lot of food options available within a few hundred meters of walking. The host was also very responsive during our stay and did all to make sure we were comfortable. I recommend this place without any reservation.

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had the most amazing stay at this villa in Hua Hin! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning sunset views every evening. The private pool was a big hit with everyone. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our family group and the garden and outdoor seating areas made it feel like a private paradise. We loved having our morning drinks with the sea breeze and hearing the gentle waves all day long. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the booking process was smooth and easy. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with your loved ones, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the sea, making it super convenient to go for a swim or relax by the water anytime. The house itself was very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The hosts were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

This was one of the most beautiful houses we ever stayed in - the whole set up, architecture, design and furniture, everything was perfect and especially the couple that takes care are superb, the best cook, with the result that we did not want to go to restaurants. As we used the house for stay-cation we needed stable internet, which was also the case. Also, when I mentioned, that there were no t-times available, Serge immediately reached out to help. Just a note for the lucky ones coming soon, book your t-times well in advance as Hua Hin has become extremely popular among golfers. So a big thank you to Serge and his team, that made the stay most enjoyable.

Lovely house on the beautiful beach & great location. We were 10 staying in for a week. We love the hospitality of the owner & the helpful, polite & very kind cleaning lady who assisted for whatever we need such as ordering delicious foods from the restaurants in the neighborhood, finding the transports etc. This place really makes us feel like home.

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

We fell in love with the place. It's even better then in the pictures. Our daughter loved the pool area, daytime and nighttime (there were awesome lights in the pool). There was clear directions about ordering food and rides, and many options to choose from. House was clean and everyone around the neighbourhood was super friendly. We have been to Hua Hin numerous times, but this place was our favorite. If you are ever thinking of selling the house, please contact me first 🙂🙏

The best villa in Hua Hin hands down. Awesome pool, super chilled relaxing on the verandah. Quiet too.

Convenient location, good amenities, well set-up catering for both Thai and western families. Good private place to chill with a big group.

A beautiful home. Fantastic for a large family/friend group. Well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool, pool table and karaoke were a hit. A few minutes walk to 7 eleven, cafes and the beach. Easy parking. Short drive to the night markets and the main shopping malls. The place felt private and safe.

This property is great! My family stayed here over Christmas break and loved the house. When we arrived in Bangkok, Nicolas helped secure a car to drive us to Hua Hin. The ride took about four hours (traffic) but it wasn't awful. When we arrived, we picked up the key from security and entered into the beautiful home. The view of the backyard with the pool lit up was beautiful. The house has a great layout and plenty of space; everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was well appointed and we always had plenty of bottled water. We enjoyed the patio and pool everyday. There is a DVD player if you want to bring movies for downtime. There will be a housekeeper that arrives every afternoon and is helpful if you need anything. The yard maintenance workers usually showed up in the morning for about an hour. The restaurant on property is great but limited seating so I suggest you make reservations or order take away. As for the spa, I would definitely make an appointment but they aren't very organized. My daughter made appointments through email for four of us, for massage/facial and a separate pedicure. When we arrived they could only take two, so may daughter and friend went, and they only received the massage - no facial and my husband and I didn't get any treatments. As for location, you are about a 20 minute drive to Hua Hin. We did not rent a car but had the property order us a taxi which you need to order early because it may take them 45 minutes to arrive. We decided to hire a driver and just reached out to him when we needed hime. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly suggest this property!

Linnea’s place is great to pass some peaceful moments. The house itself is nice and comfortable. The patio is excellent and the pool is great. The enclosed community is very well kept and it is nice just to walk around the property. It is a 15 minutes walk from the first 7/11, Lotus’ , pharmacy, Mr DIY and food stands. There is also a massage place. The only think that can really disturb the holidays are the mosquitoes. Way too many in the period we have been, but also these can be reduced if the whole community would take more care of stagnant water. They need to eradicate the problem. Other than that, the house is great and Linnea is just a fantastic host. Hope to repeat!
