Had a wonderful time here. Alyssa is a very hospitable and went above and beyond to give me a unique experience i havent gotten anywhere before. You can see that she is very passionate about it and that she tries to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Recommended for everyone who wants to have some time away from the city life

Loved my stay at Earns place. Could def stay longer .. Super cozy, comfy.. Good internet for work. Very breezy, so didn’t need AC.. Fantastic location.. Very quiet and yet close and walkable to many places for food or just for walks.. Big grocery stores are in a walkable distance or easily can get delivery or take a bicycle ride too.. You can get a bicycle for 2 hours for free any time.. There’s also water machine right in the building which is super convenient..

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage. Tägliche Straßenreinigung und Müllentsorgung. Gemeinschaftspool und Fitnessbereich sind sehr sauber. Markt und Geschäfte sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Anlage entfernt. Dadurch täglich frisches Obst! Alles, was wir für unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt brauchten, war vorhanden. Ob Küchenutensilien/-maschinen, sehr leise Klimaanlagen, Mobiliar und die Betten, alles in einem guten Zustand und einer sehr guten Qualität. Das gepflegte Grundstück bietet schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Nachbarschaft ist international und sehr angenehm. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die enge Bebauung. Eigentümerin Wongchan reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Ihre Verwalterin (wohnt 2 Häuser weiter) kümmert sich vor Ort um sämtliche Angelegenheiten. Wir kommen seit 16 Jahren regelmäßig nach Thailand und haben schon viele Gegenden und Inseln kennengelernt. Wir haben uns immer und überall wohl gefühlt. Doch im Haus von Wongchan in Baanusabai waren wir zum ersten Mal zuhause!!

This place is super cute. We enjoyed the stay. There is a nice lake view of Kang Kra Chan dam right in front of you. We slept on the top attic. There is an A/C in there. It was a cozy little bedroom. I slept like a baby both nights. Also, the view of the sunrise is gorgeous. Waking up with the lighting like that is rare. There are very loud birds screaming though during night and day not all the time but they are pretty loud however that didn't really bother me :) I love birds which by the way there are a lot of parrots at the coffee shop within the same property and they are adorable. Especially hornbills are living here right in front of the cafe. The family of dad, mom and a baby, which we could only see the dad flying to get food to feed the baby and mom in the nest. Aside of all fun stuff, Tanakrit is very responsive and helpful. He called to check on us to make sure that we wouldn't miss the turn. The check in and out process was great. Smooth communication!

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

very clean. well located Two-Story townhouse In Cha am.. The hosts are very communicative. The check-in process with the keypad is easy. The minute you walk into the townhouse, you feel comfortable. cleanliness is superb. a 5-minute walk to the beach with restaurants 7-Eleven all you need.. as it is a two-story townhouse, The steps do require a bit of caution as there are not safety strips at the base of each step. that being said, it's easy to navigate. you just have to be a little careful. The upstairs bedrooms are large and quiet and are separated by a bathroom. it appears everything in the house has been renovated. nicely done. when you walk into the kitchen, there are enough kitchen implements To make sure that you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. our only disappointment were the bicycles. although they appear to be new, they are lesser quality and the seats just are not comfortable. it's really not a problem is there are multiple vendors renting bicycles @50thb a day.
