Het was zo fijn zo dichtbij het centrum van Parijs te zijn op deze plek waar ik me thuisvoelde ver van huis. Het voelde als een huisje op het platteland waar we helemaal tot rust kwamen na de avonturen in de stad. En dan was het een klein feest om de kunst van Dale en anderen te zien hangen en ook de boekenkast vol met interessante boeken door te bladeren. Ik kom er heel graag terug. Ook om de fijne tips van Dale van de omgeving van de stad en ook Montreuil zelf. Alleen al reden om voor terug te komen. En Misty te aaien. Wat een prachtige gastvrouw is dat!

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

Hôte agréable avec qui la discussion est très plaisante. Nous aurions pu discuter des heures . En plus , le logement est très beau. Il est dans le calme , la tranquillité. C’est un lieu relaxant. Lieu très propre . Si vous souhaitez un moment détente allez-y ! Foncez !

What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Die Wohnung liegt in der einer wunderbaren, belebten Gegend, toller Startpunkt für Erkundungen der Stadt in alle Richtungen. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Louvre ist zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt. (Frühstücksempfehlung: Café Du Centre um die Ecke. Eigentlich eine Empfehlung für den ganzen Tag.) Das Haus ist groß, sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Trotz der belebten Umgebung ist die großzügige Wohnung sehr ruhig und toll zum Ausruhen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Eiffelturmspitze ist umwerfend. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist sehr sauber und im Überfluss vorhanden. Wir haben uns gleich bei Betreten der Wohnung sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Kommunikation mit Brigitte war sehr nett. Zeitnahe Antworten und flexible Möglichkeiten. Alles einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an Brigitte!

I have stayed for three weeks in Eva's place for a business trip. She is very kind, responsive, and helpful. I really like her place as it has everything I needed and also is very clean. I will stay at her place whenever I visit Paris. Thank you Eva for everything!

This place is roomy, well equipped with whateveyou might need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The police station is literally around the corner. In addition, the building has a lift. You need to manouver five steps or so, to get to the landing to use it, but otherwise no problem. Plenty of restaurants, two great bakeries, and a Monoprix supermarket are within 5-10 minutes walk. Bus #86 or #76 as well as Metro will get you to all the sites easily and cheaply. Nicolas and Helene are very responsive and allowed us early access when we checked in. Overall, a quiet neighborhood with access to whatever you need without the hustle bustle of the Marais or Latin Quarter. Full disclosure, this is an older building and some of the walls in the hallways and apartment have some plaster/paint peeled off or peeling off. While initially a little unusual, it impacts not at all on your stay. This wouldn’t preclude us from renting here again.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Kurzurlaub in Paris perfekt gemacht. Die Lage ist ideal und gut zu Fuss vom Gare du Nord erreichbar. Wir konnten viel zu Fuss, aber auch mit der Metro unternehmen. In fussläufiger Entfernung befindet sich ein guter Supermarkt sowie ein Bäcker und viele weitere Läden und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Alexandre ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Alexandre hat uns proaktiv mit allen Informationen versorgt, die wir benötigten. Es waren sogar bei Ankunft verschiedene Getränke, Brot, so wie Butter und Marmelade vor Ort. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert und zeitlich flexibel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The view alone is worth it. Going to sleep and waking up with a view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower is something we will miss. The apartment itself is stylish, clean and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. The beds were cozy and the apartment has everything you need. The kids were very excited about the round spinning chair :) The location is great. La Defense neighborhood has everything you could want - cafes, bakeries, stores, boutiques. You can get to the center in about 30 minutes by metro. Communication with the hostess Janine was smooth and easy. Always on touch, always ready to help. If you are lucky enough to find this place available - book it. Paris is a miracle and this apartment makes it even more magical.

Françios was a fantastic host! He was incredibly communicative in the days and weeks leading up to our trip and left no questions about how to access or find the place. The apartment is in the perfect location: very close to two metro stations, accessible to the main strip (while free of much of the noise and foot traffic), and with plenty of food and coffee. The apartment had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable with plenty of additional amenities! It’s clear it was all laid out and designed with guests in mind. We’d highly recommend this location and will be back for our next trip to Paris.

notre séjour chez Thierry s'est très bien passé. Thierry a été réactif et attentif pendant tout notre séjour, il a su nous donner de bon conseils. le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier typique de Paris, proche du canal Saint Martin, des transports, des restaurant et commerce. l'appartement et confortable, aggreable, et bien équipé. si nous repassons sur Paris ça sera chez Thierry 😊

The space is immaculate and vibrant with French history. It is as described and the same as in the photographs. The street is a busy one, but the inside of the yard is quiet, great for light sleepers. Pascal and Anne were kind and shared many recommendations for sights and getting around Paris.

The hostess’s warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the little gift was such a lovely surprise — thank you! The morning croissants, pastries, and jam were truly a lifesaver during our packed schedule. We’re especially grateful that she offered a takeaway option — it meant a lot to us. It’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to sit down and chat over a meal, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris! And most importantly — the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed, which made waking up and falling asleep each day feel magical. There’s also a shared rooftop terrace upstairs with an even more expansive view. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first stay in Paris. I really hope it’s available again next time!

The accommodations are perfect for solo travelers. The space is super clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom that has all the light you need to freshen up. The bedroom is truly a haven of quietness, ensuring the best sleep I’ve had in ages. The internet connection is excellent, which is a huge plus for anyone needing to stay connected. Every morning, I looked forward to the delicious coffee and breakfast provided. It was the perfect way to start my day! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Het was voor mij de tweede keer dat ik logeerde in deze B&B, eerder met mijn dochter, nu met mijn man en weer is het uitermate goed bevallen. Uiterst vriendelijke mensen, mooie schone kamer met heerlijke douche, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt! Super flexibele mensen! We konden eerder inchecken en mochten onze tassen de laatste dag laten staan om ze op te halen voor vertrek. Echt heel fijn! Met de metro zit je binnen een half uur bij alle bezienswaardigheden in Parijs en Notre-Dame is met een kilometer of 4 zelfs aan te lopen (40 minuutjes). Vlakbij de B&B is het grote winkelcentrum Italie Deux op Place d’Italie. En er zijn fijne boulangeries in de buurt en op vrijdag en zondag is er een grote versmarkt om de hoek. The apartment is exactly as warm and cozy as shown in the pictures. It’s in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and within 30 minutes you can easily reach top attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Tuileries Garden, and the Louvre. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. The guest room was spotless, equipped with smart devices that perfectly suit young travelers, and the bathroom was spacious with a full set of high-quality toiletries. One of my favorite features was the large balcony where you can relax in the sun and even catch a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. Catherine and her family are incredibly thoughtful and communicative hosts. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt very welcomed and cared for—from before I arrived to the day I left. Catherine offered detailed advice about transportation, reminded me about the weather, and even prepared a warm dinner for me when I when I arrived late at 10 p.m.—it truly felt like coming home.
