Michael's place North of Kansas City was amazing and perfect for our family's early Christmas get-together. There were 20 of us including grandparents, parents and grandchildren. We had so much room to move around. And a big enough dining area for meals. Everything was just right for our family. This would be a fantastic place for a sports team or other kind of party celebration. We had such a great experience in the atmosphere and spacious venue, weare even considering going back next year, with more family members like other cousins and ants and uncles. Michael was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall I would say 5 out of 5 stars for this venue.

From arriving, it was great! Met in person. Very friendly, communicative, and warm. Her and her family strive for their guests to be comfortable, and at ease. It was the personal take, that spoke to me, as it usually isn’t like that with other properties. They make you feel at home and willing to assist with whatever their guests may need. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Great outdoors, for trails and views. Really nice! 😊

What a fabulous place! It is clear that Stephanie has thought of everything with this rental…… just as described, perfect location and fully stocked for you to feel right at home! Will definitely stay again when we return to Maryville :-)

Great spot to stay on our way from TN to ND. It was comfy and well stocked. The space and yard was nice for our dogs after being on the road all day. The gas station around the corner has some hot breakfast items (eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc) if you don't have groceries with you.

This home was perfect for our stay in Maryville. I love the character of the old home but the remodel was done really tastefully. The home was well laid out and the living room was such a great hangout space. We would definitely recommend!

I stayed here while visiting my son, who attends Northwest Missouri State. I was there for his fraternity's Mom's Day weekend. This place was everything promised in the listing. It is quaint and comfortable (love that the sofa's and bed's are comfortable - we have stayed at so many that are NOT). The adjustable bed is nice. There was a little ruckus from the group in the upper apartments when they came in, but it was not bad and did not last long. The area of town is nice and it was close to the Northwest campus - which was nice. I have a few "items" to suggest that they include, but nothing that would keep me from staying there again!

If you need access to the campus, this place is it. Walking distance from the campus. Appears to be newly renovated. Clean and nice. I would stay again if in the area.

The Willow Loft III

We have stayed here multiple times cause it’s a perfect comfortable place. And you can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner (A&G) and enjoyed looking at the city through the big beautiful windows. It’s always clean and has everything you could possibly need. We try to see if this is available for all home games. Thanks Stephanie for having a home away from home for us.

Mike replied to anything I asked about. The house was a great price for a group of 4 out in MO for some snow goose hunting. It allowed for the relaxation of space in a house with cheaper pricing than a hotel room. The few extra miles of driving to where we were hunting was definitely worth it. If we are ever back in the area to hunt I will definitely book this location again.

Victorian Rental Getaway (Gold Room)

This place is very close to the University. I was visiting my nephew who attends the University. The property is extremely clean and secure. Her linens were pristine and she had ironed the sheets! Impressive! I had the room on the main floor with a private bathroom that was spotless with very nice fluffy towels. Linda was very responsive to my reservation and totally accomodated my arrival. Her property is full of unique victorian era antiques. Although I didn't use the kitchen much, it appeared to have everything you may need for a longer stay. She provided coffee for the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great! I also appreciated that I could reserve for one night (not having to do a two night reservation).
