Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

House Georgia

Μεζονέτα 168 τετραγωνικά μέτρα περιτρυγιρισμένη από κήπο, 100 μέτρα από την παραλία. Θέα στη θάλασσα και στο βουνό. Φιλοξενεί άνετα μέχρι 8 άτομα. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, living room, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και ένα μπάνιο. Στον πρώτο όροφο (εσωτερική σκάλα) υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια, ένα μπάνιο. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν δικό τους μπαλκόνι. Στον κήπο υπάρχει μέρος για BBQ και δύο θέσεις παρκαρίσματος.

This stylish one floor villa can accommodate up to six people at a time. It features 3 well-designed bedrooms, with a natural feeling throughout the villa. The bedrooms consist of a King size bed, a double bed and two twin beds in each room respectively. Two of these rooms have access to en-suite bathrooms, with a further main bathroom available. With a total of 3 bathrooms in the villa, the two en-suites provide modern showers, with the communal bathroom containing a bathtub.
