The check-in and all the communication was easy, smooth and responsive. the place itself was super clean, down to each and every cup and fork. There was coffee, some juice and even a bottle of wine which was very nice. The pool was spotless. it's a beautiful, charming, secluded place that has amazing views, 2 little kittens that visit often and is just a little Greek dream. we will definitely be back.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Thank you George.

Ο χώρος ήταν απλά υπέροχος , ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα και εννοείται το κατοικίδιο μου ! Πανέμορφη αυλή , ο χώρος είχε όλες τις ανέσεις , πλήρως εξοπλισμένος , όμορφος και καθαρός ! Ο Γιάννης εξαιρετικός στη συννενόηση και στην επικοινωνία . 5⭐️ σε όλα !!!

Marzo è pazzo e il tempo non è stato sempre bello ma il soggiorno da Antonella splendido! Parcheggio interno per scaricare e caricare la macchina in assoluta tranquillità, i due giardini una gioia per il nostro cane Watson, che è stato accolto con un regalo!!!!! La casa piacevolissima ma quel che più conta pulitissima. Per la prima volta, da quando viaggio, mi sono sentita a casa, la cucina attrezzatissima , niente messo lì per caso , pentole, piatti di portata , grattugia....insomma tutto. In più un gradito regalo da parte di Antonella! Dalla casa un sentiero porta direttamente al mare e , se si ha voglia, con la macchina, facilmente si può raggiungere ogni angolo dell'isola. Antonella ci ha indicato delle taverne dove mangiare ....super! Le foto corrispondono alla realtà!

Great host! Kind, friendly and very helpful with providing a lot of information about the island. The place was very clean and looked exactly as in the pictures. Amazing view from the balcony and a great tavern nearby. I would definitely recommend it!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch super, etwas ruhiger und weiter abseits von der Stadt, dafür aber fußläufig zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Sehr gerne wieder!

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

We had a fabulous time at Paul’s and Schouten’s place. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity this is the place for you. When we travel we tend to explore and go around but this time we spent a lot more time at home… that tells you how much we enjoyed the place 😀. The surrounding nature, the landscape of the garden and the pool are ideal for relaxation and for kids entertainment. The location serves well all sides of Lefkada with most places at about 20 to 40 min distance. We especially liked the village of Karya which is only 10 min away by car. Paul and Shouten will also give you great tips for the best places to visit. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was beautiful. Cosy and cute, had everything we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and lovely white linen. The bathroom was immaculate with a large shower unit and great toiletries and fluffy towels. Elena was a star, lots of information about the area and sorting out a water issue. The caretaker was straight out to sort it. Excellent communication, Can’t fault anything.

Very clean, all conditions offerred, Elena and Konstantinos were very kind to us, they helped us with recommendations and with everything we needed. We had everything we needed for each apartment (kitchen, living room, balcony, comfortable bed). The pool was great. The location was perfect, we could reach the beaches very easily by car, we had parking in the yard and at a walking distance there was the olive oil factory, a supermarket and a bakery. We highly recommend Elena summer house. Thank you for everything!

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

I had doubts before arriving to the property. New construction, no reviews, no history... I could imagine many issues to go wrong, things that don't work or are missing, construction works during our stay... you name it. Nothing of that happen! The 6 villas are impeccable, impossible to find a fault, and the service offered by Aggelikh and her team is really outstanding. It was a wonderful week, thank you so much!

Un loc minunat de mers mai ales dacă sunteți o familie cu copii sau dacă aveți nevoie să stați în liniște și să încercați experiența unei vacanțe în Grecia autentică această insulă este populată cu localnici prețurile sunt foarte bune ajungi ușor în multe locuri noi am mers mult pe jos făceam cam 4 5 km pe zii pe jos la restaurante locale și plaje dar și cu mașina ajungi foarte ușor oriunde ne am simțit minunat dimitri gazdă este un om minunat va recomand cu căldură acest loc

Много красив двор, приятни стаи, обурудвана кухня без кафе машина. Имахме много приятен престой. Домакинът не се натрапва по никакъв начин,но отговоря много бързо при нужда.

beautiful house with a lovely garden and stunning view. the apartment has everything and is fully equipped near two beautiful beaches and also there is a beach i front of the house with 3 minutes walk the host is great he granted everything we wanted very soon. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back one day

Wir waren rundrum zufrieden. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Ein früherer Checkin war ohne Probleme möglich. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Villa nur über eine sehr steile Straße erreichbar ist, daher muss bei Anmietung eines Mietwagens unbedingt auf eine Motorisierung geachtet werden.

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa è in una posizione suggestiva ma anche comoda: ci si gode la tranquillità e la bellezza di stare sulla spiaggia, a pochi minuti dalla città di Lefkada. La casa è molto accogliente, si vede che i proprietari ci hanno vissuto: è arredata con cura e provvista di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata anche nel patio, scuri alle finestre, zanzariere, spazio esterno per lavare e stendere, ecc.). Vasso e Costas sono ospiti gentili e premurosi, senza essere invadenti. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!

An amazing villa, fully furnished and super! Clean. We traveled with a 1.5 years old baby and Loana provided everything we needed for him (bed, sheets, chair). Every 3 days they come to clean and change sheets and towels which was very nice. Even though we arrived late at night Loana was responsive and welcomed us in including coffee, jam and crackers that waited for us in the living room. Loana and her team provided us with recommendations of where to visit and eat which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again.

Proprietari Miltos si Eleni sunt cele mai primitoare și amabile gazde. Locație excelentă, aproape de toate plajele, conectivitate rutieră bună, apartament foarte frumos, confortabil și curat, vedere frumoasă la mare. Locul este impresionant prin natura și priveliștea sa inconjurat de o gradina cu maslini. Mulțumesc mult, Miltos! Recomand cu caldura aceasta locatie.

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

It was a little tricky finding the place, but that was Google map’s fault! Ciprian was extremely responsive, overly helpful and a phenomenal host. His place was well stocked, quiet location, more than enough parking and he made great recommendations for places to eat, beaches to go to and parts of Lefkada to enjoy. The great thing about his place is that it’s central to all the popular spots. You’re going to drive anyways, best to be in a central location. And the main square (5min walk) has a couple restaurants, a bar and a pharmacy with helpful owners. Great value, great experience, would definitely go again! Thanks Ciprian!

Wir waren als Familie zu sechst da. Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Fußläufig sind Restaurants, Minimärkte (superfreundliche Besitzerin im Banakos Market mit super Tipps zu Stränden etc.) und ein kleiner Strand zu erreichen. Das Badezimmer ist neu gemacht. Die Betten waren bequem. Im Garten konnte man gemütlich sitzen. Die Straße vor dem Haus war schmal aber es gab genug Platz zum Parken.
