This was a fun, unique stay. My friend and I booked this as one night away from the city. It was perfect. It is right by the canal, offering a beautiful view of the water and streets above. This place is well situated in the older part of the city, but you have access to the train station within 15 minutes of booking. We did a walking tour of Utrecht and very much enjoyed our time there. The place itself inside somewhat feels like a basement, because, well, it sort of is one. The ceilings are sort of low, and most of the floor is cement. The bathroom and shower are sort of a strange set up. With all of that to say, the hosts have done an impressive job creating what once may have been a storage area into a great setup for guests. The bed was comfortable, and there was space for many more to stay if needed. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Mirjam, ausführliche Einweisung. Bereits im Vorfeld ausführliche Kommunikation zum Checkin und Fahrrad-Parkplatz. Das Appartement liegt in der Barlheze Straat, in der schönen Altstadt, 5 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Eigener Eingang, enge S-förmige holländische Treppe in den 1. Stock. Gemütliche Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, großes Bad mit Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Hell, alle Räume mit Fenster, Aussicht zur Straße und zum Hof. Sehr ruhig, auf der Straße kein Durchgangsverkehr. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Unsere gemieteten OV-Fiets Räder haben wir nachts teils im Fahrrad-Parkplatz im Bahnhof (24 h, kostenlos), teils auf der Straße (Ecke Henkestraat) abgestellt.

Anne nous a très bien reçu et répondait très rapidement à nos messages. Le logement est dans une rue très paisible, proche des restaurants et des petits commerces si besoins. Un très jolie village avec ses belles petite ruelles. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Note spéciale pour le jus d’orange, la confiture de fraise et le yaourt super crémeux. Merci à Anne pour ses petites attention et sa disponibilité.

Mooie manier om Utrecht te verkennen, in het centrum. Goed bed en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een weekentje weg. Hulpzame host nogmaals bedankt Rob!!!

Mariettas Haus liegt in dem schönen Städtchen Muiderberg, von wo aus wir drei Tage lang völlig unkompliziert nach Amsterdam gependelt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, ist umgeben von alten Bäumen und vielen alleinstehenden Villen. Die Wohnung eingerichtet, es gab kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke wie Pralinen, Käse und Wein. Vielen Dank hierfür. Nach Besichtigungstagen in der Stadt haben wir die Abends in Muiderberg am Strand ausklingen lassen. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

Great apartment. Really well thought out. The level of detail in the guide put together was fabulous and really helpful. Excellent facilities, I’ve been to so many Airbnbs where you get one washing tab and limited hand soap. Here there was a good supply of everything. Bread, butter and cheese on arrival was a nice touch. Decent coffee machine too 😊 The beds were very very comfy! Couldn’t fault at all. I’d defo return should I ever happen to be in Utrecht. Wat een fijne plek in een oase van rust. Wij waren met 4 vrienden in het prachtige verblijf van Aljanneke. Een oase van rust en natuur en een prachtig huis met alle moderne voorzieningen en comfort. Aljanneke is een super host! Fijne communicatie en vol goede tips, iemand die gastvrijheid helemaal begrijpt. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

Eine sehr hübsche und gemütliche Wohnung in toller ruhiger Lage. Gemütlich kann man am Wasser entlang in den Ort spazieren oder eines von Jacquelines Fahrrädern verwenden. Jacqueline ist super zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Het verblijf in deze woning was ontzettend fijn! Het is een heel rustig en privé plekje. Je kan buiten zitten, er zijn fietsen tot je beschikking en binnen is het knus. We konden prachtig wandelen in de buurt. Het huis was schoon, de communicatie was goed en snel en het bed ligt echt heeel lekker!! Het is ook muisstil 's nachts. Aanrader!

Alles rundum schön dort :-) sehr zu empfehlen mit Hunden und Kindern! Alle kommen an dem schönen Ort auf ihre Kosten. Hunde können direkt links vorm Haus in den See, Kinder haben rechts einen tollen Spielplatz direkt am Wasser. Die Parkanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden wiederkommen! Kommunikation über Silke einwandfrei und sehr sympathisch! Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Das Bed & Wellness war sehr gemütlich, wunderbar im Grünen gelegen und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben sowohl die Sauna als auch die Lagerfeuerstelle draußen genutzt und dies sehr genossen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Lage ist wirklich toll und man konnte die Natur und die Ruhe genießen. Zudem ist Peter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Daher: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub im gemütlichen Ambiente im Grünen sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Very nice, well equipped kitchen, plenty of room for my family of 5. Great sauna very clean. Beautiful neighborhood with the city center and great parks nearby.

Ons verblijf bij Mia en haar familie was fantastisch. De accomodatie was mooi ingericht en had werkelijk alles wat je nodig had. De tuin is super ruim , mooi en rustig en ons zoontje vond het geweldig om naar de paarden en andere dieren te kijken. We komen zeker terug om ook eens te zwemmen in de mooie zwemvijver :)

Heerlijk genoten in n fijn appartement in t mooie centrum van Amersfoort, centraler dan dit kun je t niet vinden 😊

Really enjoyed our stay at Dorien's place. Lovely apartment in a good location with great views and shops nearby. Dorien was very responsive and her neighbour, Karen, who helped us check-in was incredibly helpful. Would definitely like to stay at Dorien's place again if I'm back in Amersfoort.

What a beautiful apartment with a great view of the canal! It is conveniently located around the corner from the Utrecht Vaartsche R. train station (20 minute walk from the Utrecht Centraal station). It is a perfect location to tour Utrecht, being so close to a major street with interesting shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is one flight up steep stairs. It was very comfortable and stylish, with full kitchen other than an oven (it did have a multifunction microwave). Nice hot shower, deluxe soaps, good sized refrigerator, very comfortable bed, quiet at night, and very neat and clean. Gwen was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful; we liked all of her suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend this place!

Linda was great and her place is incredible! The location is perfect - in the main area yet totally quiet and beautifully located on a canal. Linda herself welcomed us in, showed us the place, and even pointed out some local things to do (with maps). & She even provided us with some delicious goodies. Overall, a dream stay in a dream location!

Erg rustig en een fijn appartement om te verblijven. Heeft veel fijne voorzieningen en het balkon is heeerlijk in de voorzomer.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, haben eine kurze Führung bekommen und haben dann in dem gemütlichen Zimmer schöne Stunden verbracht. Gemütliche Betten, ein wundervolles Frühstück, perfekt ausgestatteter Tee/Kaffeebereich und ein vollständiges und sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Bei dem schönen Wetter konnten wir den schönen Garten nutzen, wir bekamen Kissen und Auflagen. Conny ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat uns gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben und wär jederzeit zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt😍 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank Conny 🥰
