Toni was so warm and friendly I could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy her home. It was a beautiful cosy home, great place to relax, the decor and detail is just amazing, something different. The kids loved the play park themed garden, played out there for hours! So it was lovely for myself and husband as it allowed us to relax. The town is small but so cute, lovely little bars/pubs and restaurants, people were also very welcoming and friendly. The views surrounding the town kilbroney forest are stunning and picturesque. We learned some history about the area too. It’s a great place to kick back and relax I’d highly recommend. Just what I needed.

Thank you so much Aileen for a perfect stay. We had the most relaxing little staycation ever. Such an incredible little cottage with fantastic amenities. Aileen was extremely accommodating & friendly. Our golden retriever Marley had the best holiday, loving the peace and quiet of the countryside. Perfect for us visiting my family in Ballymartin, we will definitely be returning.

What an amazing few days we had here! The photos do not do the place justice. It’s absolutely HUGE and very well kitted out. The Cabin was very quiet and peaceful, the bed was very comfy, the bath was a great addition and the place had everything we needed. The host Darren was superb and went above and beyond to help provide a few special touches for our arrival too, many thanks for that btw. We really cannot wait to come back!

Spent a lovely weekend at Darraghs, the views were amazing and the facilities were fantastic. There was 10 of us and everyone agreed it was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The house was homely and close to Tullymore Forest Park and Castlewellen. We hope to return again next year.

My daughters and myself had booked the house to stay for a few days. Annette and her husband were there to meet us and we're so friendly. They explained everything to me about the house. When we went inside, I discovered that Annette had left milk in the fridge teabags and fresh made scones and jam for us. I thought this was a lovely surprise and made us feel welcome. They also had an information folder with things to do or see and recommendations for where to eat. The day we were leaving Annette called to say goodbye to us and said that we didn't have to rush as she know with having a small child it can take time to get them ready. I would stay here again.

A brief stay but we wished it could have been longer. Beautiful scenery, pristine accommodation, fabulous hot tub. We walked Slieve Donard and visited Tollymore Forest Park, both fabulous. Best ice cream at Morellis, fish and chips from McCanns also very good. We would love to visit again!

Just home from a 3 night stay at Teal Cottage. We (my husband, 3 children and a fluffy dog) absolutely loved our time there. The house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and surrounded by mature gardens and stables that we had access to. The kitchen with its view of the lough was an enjoyable place to relax. Their 2 dogs, Stich and Gilly, were lovable characters who were persistent for cuddles. We spent a fun day at the National Trust estate of Castleward and another day at Delamont Country Park, walking the grounds with our labradoodle and going on the miniature train.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay at Kay’s log cabin. Kay and Pat were extremely friendly and helpful and the location of the cabin is amazing! Our kids ages 7 and 9 absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Many thanks and we would hope to return! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic location right at the edge of the town and very close to all the great walks!!
