We loved staying at Michael’s place ~ super clean, roomy, and comfortable furniture/beds. Kitchen was very well stocked but we did not use much as we took advantage of great places to eat in the city. We loved that that the home was walkable to several local restaurants. Michael was very accommodating with our late check-in, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Thank you again for a great stay, Michael!

Annette’s space was beautifully decorated and in a great location. The parking garage was convenient and once parked we walked to everywhere during our visit. The lobby and building were being renovated so we never saw the gym or pool but the new tile downstairs will be great once it is finished. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Greg’s place was beautiful, in a cute, walkable neighborhood, and accurately described. He communicated great and was flexible with check in. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

Instructions were clear and the BnB was very well cooled. The entire unit was clean and well maintained, and laundry downstairs was convenient

We had such a wonderful experience staying here! The apartment was clean and cozy and the location was perfect for exploring the area with so many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

What a beautifully decorated home! Close to the beach & loved that a beach cart, chairs & boggie boards were included. Although we brought a few of our own, was nice to have extra boggie boards. Great places to gather outside & loved having an outdoor shower. Loved having a water filter right in the fridge. My girls loved the porch that has been coverted to a bedroom with two beautiful full size beds. Loved that it had what we needed an no clutter to distract. Easy check in process. Owner was very responsive. A great vacation for the family!!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. So very spacious and feels like home. They have everything you will need for prepping and cooking meals. The house was easy to find a great location for visiting Newport. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to restaurants, vineyards and the shoreline. The house was clean and easily accommodated 4 adults on this mom’s get away weekend. We visited a vineyard, went on a food tour, walked the Cliff Walk and spend a quiet evening at home. I would definitely recommend Ken’s place!

Lovely New England home with a lot of character and charm. Very spacious interior and comfortable furnishings. Heather is a kind and responsive host, eager to meet any need that could have come up. We were very pleased with our stay at this property and will strongly consider staying here again.

We had so much fun staying at Louise’s place. We had plenty of room to hang out together inside and outside, and we really annoyed being so close to the beach. I would absolutely recommend!

I grew up in the area and know Newport well. After a wedding on Cape Cod, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days. (1) The location is great; right off Thames St. in the heart of downtown, and right down the street from the Vanderbilt (great hotel bar, restaurant, and roof deck) -- that said, we visited in October when Newport isn't crowded; I can imagine it might be a bit noisy in the summer. (2) David was a very responsible host. (3) The apartment, though small (as are most of them in the colonial section of downtown Newport) was well kitted out (in the summer, the washer/dryer would be a real plus; ditto for the small back patio). (4) If you want to stay in and watch shows/videos, it's well equipped (e.g., Hulu, etc.). (5) Wifi was flawless. (6) Parking across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

clean and comfortable apartment right on thames street, we had a great time walking to all the bars and restaurants nearby. loved the backyard space. everything was exactly as described, an excellent spot to call home while exploring Newport.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Hamzah’s condo is gorgeous, comfortable and perfectly located on Providence’s College Hill. We walked to great restaurants and Brown’s campus, and enjoyed the very comfortable and elegant space in George Street. Hamzah was a very responsive host to questions we had. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer!
