Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, 105 year old home. Bring your dogs and boat trailer-extra parking in the back to accommodate up to 5 vehicles or a trailer. Centrally located by Cowley College and downtown. Just minutes away from restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street. We absolutely love and welcome dogs! Please note the additional fee.

This three bedroom home is recently remodeled and sits on an acre of land. There is a bar, mud room, horse shoe pit, and large fenced area to run and play or have a bonfire.
