On entering the retreat you step into a fabulous, newly renovated private studio apartment located at the front of the main house, this has plenty of light flooding through the large picture windows that are over

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Oswin Roberts Cottage is situated in the nature park of Phillip island. High on a hill with stunning panoramic views of Rhyll inlet. Oswin Roberts cottage is the only property on Phillip island with the proximity to the nature park. The container is fitted out with all you will need for a perfect stay . It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a dog it is completely secure .

Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars
