Dockside

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Hay Cove Cottages - Cozy Seaside Cabin

This small oceanfront cabin sits in a quiet, peaceful cove within walking distance of L’Anse aux Meadows, where the Vikings settled 1000 years ago. Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves lapping against the shore. Every season here is magical. You might even catch an iceberg or whales right from the window, while curled up by the wood stove. Our newly built rustic spruce cabin, with its floors, walls, and ceilings, all made from local spruce wood milled right here locally, which gives it a cozy woodsy look for the perfect get away vacation. Our rustic design cabin comes with ample space for relaxing and entertainment, it comes with its own private bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom/shower, plus pull out sofa bed. Our kitchen is complete with appliances for all your cooking needs, or sit outside an enjoy and relaxation

EAST COAST NEWFOUNDLAND BUNKY

On the Sea. A cozy bunky with double bed .. a large window and glass door looking at our cliffside with a private little porch. Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The BUNKY is located next to the Cabin, Barn and Teepee on the property.

Big Brook Wheelhouse

The first water wheel sawmill was built in Burlington in the late 1880s. Our wheelhouse is a reminder of the rich history of our town. Relax and enjoy the soft trickle of our functioning water wheel while enjoying the view of the harbour from the deck or fire pit. The interior of our wheelhouse offers a unique and functional design, with many reclaimed boards from family homes and wharves over 90 years old. Come explore our town, meet the locals, and enjoy!
