Fantastic weekend away at The Farmhouse. The check in was easy with the key code. The house was beautiful, and myself and the rest of the party were very grateful for the little additions Andre left for our stay. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor seating area, especially with the lovely weather we had this weekend. Beautiful house and fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at The Fern with our two dogs. The secure garden with hot tub was very private and the fields on the site were perfect for our dogs to run around. We loved the puzzle box! Having an EV charger on site was a great feature too, that we made good use of. The space downstairs was very generous and well equipped. The bed upstairs was huge and the view from the window across the site was fantastic, especially at sunrise. Nigel was very friendly and responsive, providing lots of local info for things to do. Thank you for a fab stay!

An ideal retreat for a country escape. The accommodation (one of two the same, on a farm site that also has caravan pitches) is lovingly done, great decorative features with modern comforts. The private hot tub garden area, fenced off for privacy but with views out to the fields still, is a haven. The on-site Duck Inn gives you the chance to mingle with the owners (very hospitable and approachable) and others staying on site. Would be a lovely place in summer or winter, we hope to return! What a lovely few days at Rose Cottage with our family. Rodalyn was the perfect host, friendly, helpful and accommodating. On arrival we were welcomed with a thoughtful hamper of treats which the kids loved, the private “garden” is HUGE & was great for the children and our dog to explore, we loved the hot tub, outdoor speakers & lights. The full bookshelf and games in the Cottage were great to keep the kids entertained in the evening too. Also, thanks Rodalyn for the walk recommendation which we all enjoyed. Hope to be back again soon.

I can not recommend highly enough. My son and myself stayed for 3 nights, everything was exactly as described. We felt instantly at home. We shall be returning, many thanks for having us in your lovely lodge.

Peaceful, relaxing, removed but not remote, 40 minutes but home but felt like a proper little holiday. There were instructions on how to care for the property so you don't damage anything, and recommendations for places to go / things to see. I'd suggest my own for future visitors, Maxey's Farm Shop. This was a lovely place as a home base for adventures and relaxing afterwards, we will be bearing it in mind for future short breaks.

Home from a 1 night stay with my partner for his birthday and our 1 year old. The cottage is beautiful and so homely. Gorgeous interiors as if from Pinterest. very clean throughout. The hosts kindly accommodated a slightly earlier check in. Cot and linen provided for the baby. The bed is super comfy. Hot tub very clean and private garden is lovely, with a little fish pond which our daughter loved to watch. Ideal location for a relaxed stay with an excellent pub a couple minutes away.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. It was absolutely perfect! And the host was fabulous! Lots of treats and extras, even for the dogs too. The accommodation is of a very high standard, with a huge long garden. Plenty of room for a game of football with the grandchildren. Our mini break was extremely relaxing, we felt very welcome and will definitely be booking again.

I know the area and needed a place to stay. The home was welcoming and warm. Everything you could need was available. It was clean and tidy. There was plenty of space, so if I had been travelling with family it would still have been big enough

sehr schönes Cottage mit steiler Treppe ins Schlafzimmer aber gut machbar ( Teppich und daher nicht rutschig) sehr schöne Küche und Möbel. kleiner eingezäunter Garten war Ideal für die Hunde. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. die Google Maps Angaben haben nicht gestimmt. Daher konnten wir es zunächst nicht finden aber nach einem Anruf beim Vermieter, kam sofort jemand raus, der uns zum Cottage gebracht hat. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. 100% empfehlenswert und super auch ein großea Einkaufszentrum nur ein paar Meilen entfernt ist. Ebenso der Sherwood Forest und Creswell Crags sind einen Besuch wert.

A lovely little cottage that felt like home, just what we needed whilst working away from. It was great that we could bring the dog too, and they even had bowls and blankets for him too. Bill and Jo were fantastic hosts, they introduced themselves, and really made us feel welcome, nothing was too much for them. I Will definitely recommend, coffin makers cottage, and if in the area again I will definitely stay here. Thank you x

An absolute BEAUT of a place to stay with everything required for an easy and pleasant few days away from home. I was staying for work reasons but it would also be a PERFECT romantic getaway spot - just lovely! And walking distance to the canal and lovely scenery too...

Had a great stay at Stoop Cottage. Really appreciated Rachel's thoughtful extra touches. Location was excellent - great local shop, lots of places to eat and drink nearby and fantastic walks for the dog. A very relaxing stay and hope to be back.

We are just back from a perfect weekend at Hawthorn Cottage. The cottage has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Rachel was great and communicated everything we needed to know about check in and out ahead of time. The cottage was very comfortable and the log burner was perfect for the chilly spring evenings after a walk. We will definitely visit again soon.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location with the convenience of being located a walkable distance into Lincoln. Such a comfortable stay, everything thought of and plenty of space. Immaculately clean! We appreciated the welcome pack of milk, juice and tasty treats. Graham was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to all and we would love to return.

A gorgeous comfortable cottage. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean throughout. Tracy has great attention to detail and it is a lovely place to stay. It is in a good location, not far outside of Lincoln with a bus route right outside. A great local pub with good food only a few minutes down the road. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely stay in a very comfortable, well equipped cottage with lots of welcoming, homely touches. We enjoyed going to the Engine Yard and had a delicious meal in the Windmill Inn.

Absolut tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten in sehr schöner Lage. Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch aber sehr stylisch eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man jemals benötigen könnte. Es hat uns dort sehr sehr gut gefallen. Elisabeth ist supernett und jederzeit erreichbar und hatte jederzeit tolle Tipps für jede Eventualität auf Lager.

This is a wonderful place to stay, a ground floor apartment in a historic house. It's very spacious and has been renovated, furnished, equipped and maintained to an outstandingly high standard. Conditions for sleep are excellent: the room is quiet and dark and the bed very comfortable. The garden is pretty and is a lovely place to sit. And the host, Mel, is friendly and helpful. It felt a privilege to stay here and we'd love to return.

Beautiful setting by the river, we loved watching the birds from the terrace. Lovely accommodation, with lots to do close by. Teresa was there to meet us on arrival, she was very friendly and a helpful host. We didn't meet Laura, but she was quick to respond to our pre-arrival queries. All in all a great visit. We hope to return at some stage and would highly recommend this cottage.
