WooBin’s place was very nice and big enough for us (2 people)! Lots of amenities and shops around (even Yong Kang Park)! It is also near the Dongmen MRT Station, about a 5 minutes walk. The location of the MRT line is also very near other popular places in Taipei, like Taipei Main Station, Zhongshan, Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, and more. This is a very nice place and I will definitely return and recommend to others! WooBin was also very proactive in checking in with us through text, and he also replies very quickly! Thank you!!

離捷運站很近，自行辦理入住即可，既是新公寓又有電梯和電子鎖，非常滿意，住了五天沒有遇到任何不便。 有洗衣機也有提供洗衣球非常方便，雖然沒有烘衣機有點可惜。 衛浴有浴缸很舒服，有提供洗髮精跟沐浴乳但沒有潤髮乳，要記得自備。 附近就有許多美食名店和便利商店，距離各觀光景點也不遠，推薦！

10/10 experience. Location: Literally a straight line from Xi Men Ding station exit no. 6. Walking distance ~7mins, so easily assessable. A quiet neighbourhood isn't noisy at night. Room: It is exactly as described in the app, and the pictures are accurate. Clean room and large enough to fit three people and three suitcases while still having space to move around. Host: Rex is really friendly and welcoming. Communicate with us frequently, quick responses, and make sure everything is fine from checking in to out. Even give us tons of information about foods and places to visit. Would definitely recommend! Thank you, Rex.

Johnson's place was listed accurately. The place was clean and quiet, and very close to convenience stores (711/familymart/watson) and a few other breakfast places and restaurants. The only slight "downside" is that it's around 15 minutes walk to the train station, but we just ended up cabbing or taking the bus to the station. We stayed for almost two weeks visiting relatives and enjoyed it greatly. The listing is also on the second floor, so if you have large luggages you will need to carry them up through a narrow staircase.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend at this apartment with family and friends. A very nice home with all the furniture needed. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we needed advice. We really enjoyed our first visit to Taipei and will definitely visit again. Thank you for a great time

Great location! So close to the main station and so many great restaurants just around the corner. Quiet at night. Self checkin was nice. Having the ability to store your luggage before and after was very helpful. Was also helpful to have a washer to do a small load. Hang dry overnight and it was fine.

喜歡老房子的設計，空間很大、乾淨，有完整的乾濕衛浴、房間、休息空間。 細看可以感受屋主的用心，每個動線、區隔空間的掛布，需要燈光的地方、洗手台旁桌上的乾布，處處可以發現規劃的很周到。 地點是在地的民宅區，門口還是鄰居的菜園，會推薦給來平溪想緩緩旅行的旅客！

타이베이 메인역도 도보 10분, 시먼에서 가까워서 좋았어요! 주변에 맛있는 먹거리 파는 곳도 많고~ 편의점과 은행도 가까워요! 숙소 보안도 잘되고 조용한 곳에 있어 좋았어요 편의시설도 잘 갖춰있고, 무엇보다 침구가 정말 편했어요😊 가족들과 함께 갈 큰 숙소를 찾는다면 추천합니다!

懶人一枚的我，竟然也想花時間幫房東寫推文？🤔家族掃墓關係，提前回宜蘭，優質的房間遇到這棘手的假日和地點，難度真的有提高，想說都要花住宿錢了，乾脆當做回去度假好了，找了一個靠山靠海的美景清幽房，天氣也是很給力，光看照片心情就超好超療癒（實際進房也是，從一進大樓，整個氛圍氣場和磁場直接拉滿，寬敞、奢華、放鬆，進到房間也是很有家的感覺，隔天太陽灑進來，超愜意的氛圍，還能在陽台喝咖啡，飲水機也是超棒，可以隨時喝溫水和泡東西來喝。 衞浴、免智溫馬桶，也是超好用，床也是好睡到不想起床，療癒了我疲憊的身軀與撫慰了我疲倦的心靈，以後都要回來這邊充電加油。） 看到眾多評論讚賞，床好睡，空間、環境、景觀、房東用心服務、價格，CP值爆表，果真不虛傳。😎 搭高鐵的同時，突然接到來電，原本以為是電銷，正準備要說：不用不用，咖啦～掛電話的！🫣，結果是房東🤣，人超好🙃 來電告知可以提前入住之外，雖然我們還在北上高鐵的路途中，從高雄上去回台北和宜蘭的行程，也是滿到不行，延路晚上才到宜蘭，隔天又需要早起去掃墓，正想詢問想延遲退房收費，房東也超Nice和有愛與同理心的康愷回應，這份暖心地心意我們收到了，也希望日後再次回訪入住，以行動支持，把它納入口袋名單，推薦給更多朋友來，有機會一定要來體驗這個離海邊只要徒步5分鐘的俱放鬆又有人情味的房東家呦～

Perfect location ! Exactly 2 mins to the MRT ( ximending exit 6 ) . The home clean and spacious , and the owner super friendly and fast responsive ! love it ! If you looking for a perfect stay for shopping and foods , highly recommended ! Will definitely choose again if go Taiwan . 😍

The house itself is remodeled and decorated in a really cool way. The entry process was super easy to do via self-check in. The internet was very stable and fast. Jessie was a great host and proactive in communication. We had some home maintenance that was required to be performed during our stay and the guy who did that was also very kind and helpful. Really, the only significant negative we faced was noise problems from some very loud neighbors in the floor above and across the hall, which I hope was simply due to guests at another short-term rental. It was only 3 nights out of our entire 13 day stay. My kids rated this as their favorite AirBnb of all those that we have stayed at in Taipei.

There are just enough beds for 7 adults and 3 children. The facilities and beauty are as shown in the photos. In Taiwan, you have to be patient and not just flush toilet paper. The owner came to pick me up nearby to check in and gave me detailed information about the room. The owner is very kind. He told me about some good restaurants in the neighborhood. If possible, I would like a bath mat. And I would like glasses instead of just mugs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

除了床对180cm的大男生有点短，其他一切都很是非常优秀的住宿体验。

Lynn was very friendly and responsive to my questions, one of which was even my own misunderstanding of how the hot water worked. She not only responded quickly but also made sure I felt comfortable enjoying the accommodation the place provided. The unit was very clean. The washer and dryer provided great convenience for people with longer stay needs. The loft could sleep two, but I mainly stayed on the main floor and slept on the sofa bed which I had no problem. The security people at the entrance foyer were very professional and friendly. The neighborhood was convenient yet quiet and safe. There were a lot of small stores, local restaurants, a big park and Mitsui Outlet all within walking distance. The transportations to Taipei City or Taoyuan airport were convenient too. There were different bus routes and MRT to take. I had a wonderful 2 week stay there and would recommend this place if you plan to stay in Linkou.

Karen is a very nice and thoughtful landlord. She prepared everything that travelers may need daily. She even had delicious meat buns in freezer ready for us before we checked in. The apartment is very clean and nicely set up. We felt comfortable throughout the entire trip staying in the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located next to an outlet mall, several shopping malls, and the HSR Taoyuan station. It's also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. If you prefer staying near the airport but still want to explore other cities, Karen's apartment is the top choice!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent—close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and very quiet, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The only small downside is that there’s no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up five floors. However, once inside, the space is cozy and welcoming, making it well worth the climb. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

這次的住宿體驗非常好，地點就在知名的咖啡廳滿山望海旁邊，陽台望出去龜山島的美景一覽無遺，房間內也配了大電視，可以晚上玩了一天到家後，買些宵夜跟啤酒躺著看電影，也可以一邊泡湯一邊看海，如果有開車的話，地下室也附有停車場

Awesome place! If possible, I'd book here again! Pros: #1 Blackout blinds in both living room and bedroom. Perfect for the international traveler/worker. Balcony is awesome. Chairs were comfortable. Beds were nice and soft. Bathroom was clean and very modern. 7-11 is 3 min walk. Con: Takes 15-25 min to walk from the closest MRT stop. Bus is closer but need to plan well. There is also ubike as well. Best to use Uber or another taxi app. Not a pro or con: No TV. I'm out traveling so I don't really need to watch TV esp when the view is awesome. There is a portable XGIMI projector that you can link your phone or laptop to. Overall the place is great for a small family or couple. The sunsets are amazing and the outside furniture is comfortable enough to sleep on.

Lucas place is perfect for a long stay. In front of a park, great natural light. You have a desk where you can work and the bed is super comfortable. The terrace is also a plus. Bathroom big and with all the amenities. It is on the 6th floor with no elevator, but not tiring at all.
