This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

This is a great budget air BnB! We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and needed a place to stay for a stopover for 12 hours (the owner kindly left extra bedding for the sofa). It had everything we needed. We walked to the beach for a swim for an hour, then had a great dinner at the restaurant across the road. 10 mins drive from the air port. Thank you Malcolm and Emma!

I booked this for my mom and from day 1 she was raving about how beautiful it was and how it was the first one she’s stayed in that looked exactly like the photos. The host was super nice even when we mistakenly didn’t realized we had to Check out she wasn’t rude at all. I appreciate her patience in even trying to help us get another Air bnb. Highly recommended

really great host, so responsive and kind. the place was nice and well taken care of. there were two complimentary bottles of water on the table that I appreciated so much. it’s the little things that get me! would highly recommend.

The Airbnb was perfect located. It was quiet and close to the beach but also easy to take the buss anywhere we would like. The Airbnb was clean and provided everything we could need. The host was easy to contact and flexible.

Jill was active and responsive with communication as soon as we made the booking. The unit and neighborhood was so nice we decided to extend our stay! The unit has everything you need for a cozy and tasteful vacation!

Wow ! What a fantastic place to stay on Paradise Island. WIthin walking distance of everything and a nice comfortable. peaceful and safe area to stay. The pool was within metres of Judith's condo and a short jaunt to the beach made it ideal for us. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and the quietness of this gated community was fantastic for our grandchild for afternoon sleeps. Even the little ammenties like kitchen essentials, black out curtains. the house manual outlining places to go, BBQ etc. were fantastic. We especially liked the screened in porch which was ideal for eating, playing cards or just hanging out. The condo itself was spotless and much more room them we envisioned from the photos. What a fantastic Airbnb one of the nicest we have been to - we hope to be able to come back some day. A special thank you to Kyrene who from the moment we booked until the day we checked out communicated clearly and ensured we were doing okay. She truly cared.!! Thank You !!!

We stayed here for my girlfriends 40th birthday. We absolutely loved the space and ocean views. We spent most of our time hanging by the pool and down by the private beach. Madison was incredibly communicative and dropped things off throughout our stay that we needed. We loved walking for coffee in the morning to Bon Vivants! We would definitely book again! The only thing to be cautious of is getting out onto the main road in your rental car, it can be scary during busy times (use the mirrors across the road and you will be fine!) Thanks for the amazing stay!

Nice rental with four bedrooms. Separate A/C in each room worked well, as did the common area A/C. Comfortble beds of different firmness levels, so people had lots of flexibility. Did not use the kitchen but it seems to be complete. Owner met us on-site and welcomed us in. Quiet location. We only stayed one night but this would be a nice place for a family for multiple days

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

What a wonderful stay we had at Maggie’s beautiful home. It was exactly as the pictures and ideal for our family’s needs. We felt right at home immediately. The whole place was very clean and had lots of extra items included for us to use, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing liquid etc, makes a really lovely extra touch for guests. We were looking for a place to stay near our friends and Palm Cay location was excellent for that. The placing of beach towels to use was brilliant also. We loved our stay at Maggie’s place and 100% would stay again in the future. A really lovely home in a stunning location. The beach and pool being only a minute or two’s walk away was brilliant and truly breathtaking. We’d never tire of how beautiful the Bahamas 🇧🇸 are. Thank you for providing a beautiful home from home in the sunshine.

We had a family trip for spring break in March. The accommodations were comfortable, and clean. There were multiple beach towels available in each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The condo sits in a beautiful spot on the most gorgeous beach. A couple steps right down to the most gorgeous blue water. Loretta also provided 2 standup paddle boards and some flotation devices for the most ultimate relaxing experience. The swimming pool was also great at the facility. I highly recommend this condo and also Barbara, the property manager was exceptional. The area felt very safe in a gated residential community. There are multiple restaurants and even a grocery store you could walk to. I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay!! Thank you!!

The view was amazing! Chandra was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

Shannon was a great host - very responsive. We were able to check in early, and then we enjoyed the Junkanoo Beach which was basically across the street, less than a 5 minute walk ! So close that we were able to bring our three kids there for sunset on the beach each night after dinner, before bedtime. Very safe and central location- yo can’t get a better spot! We hope to come back someday and we hope this place is still Available to rent! Thanks!

We had a fantastic time with our family of 5 (three teens) and Tineka was a phenomenal host. The home is well stocked with everything you need and walking distance to grocery stores, Baha Mar, multiple restaurants and much more. This was a fantastic place to stay!

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben bei Talbot ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt gehabt. Eine schöne, saubere Wohnung, wie auf den Bildern. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Ruhige und sehr sichere Wohngegend. Talbot ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Er hat uns bei Fragen gleich geantwortet und sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

A great 4 week stay at Ryan and Doug’s apartment. The whole apartment is so much larger than it appears in the photos and was very spacious and clean, with two balconies for sunrise and sunset. The kitchen facilities were fab with the Keurig coffee machine a great addition. The location was more than ideal and we felt very safe the whole time - access to the Sandyport facilities was a brilliant feature, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket all within walking distance. If we were to ever visit Nassau again we wouldn’t hesitate to book this place! Thanks so much for a fab stay!

Krishelle’s place was accurately described. The property was located on paradise island and a very short walk to the Atlantis resort (about a 12 min walk). There were several restaurants nearby that we also walked to. The place was nice and clean and there were also complimentary drinks in the fridge of local beer and punch for us to try. Would highly suggest the property. We felt extremely safe!

The best part about this place is the quick and easy access to the beach, which is located in an ideal area. The trees that overhang on the beach provide natural shade, or you can sit closer to the water for full sun. It’s just a little ways down from the more crowded area, so you have more privacy and space to enjoy the beautiful beach. Locals offer drinks and excursions (you can bargain), and they’ll pick you up right in front of this villa from the beach—super convenient and a great way to save time. If you’re looking for a place that’s private yet close to popular resorts and restaurants like Atlantis, this is a great option. A tip to make your stay even better: pack a suitcase of groceries. Nearby grocery stores are limited and pricey. While there’s a Keurig and coffee maker, I wish I had packed coffee, breakfast, lunch items, and snacks. For dinner, check out Marina Village by Atlantis—it’s full of restaurants and just a 10-minute walk away.
