A 20min drive to MONA, 30min drive to Hobart, 2min walk to the popular shops on Stephen St, New Norfolk (Black Swan books/coffee, Miss Arthur, The Drill Hall), around the corner from the Agrarian Kitchen Eatery, and a short drive to wineries and Mount Field National Park. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Rosetta Heights is a uniquely located contemporary townhouse with spectacular views of MONA and the River Derwent. The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.
