Granite counter tops with tongue and groove ceilings make this home really pop. Wrap around front decking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors. Plenty of forest animals seen around the property almost daily!

Hot tub nestled in the trees, Hiking/cc trails, sledding, mountain biking, fishing, community swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball, golf course and cafe, and beautiful walks around the neighborhood… we are 15 minutes from Brundage Mountain Resort, and a 20 minute drive to McCall’s beautiful lake and quaint downtown.

So sorry but no animals or trailers per HOA rules. Free parking for two vehicles. There are safety issues for children under age 5.

An 18 hole golf course, Brundage ski resort, Zims Hot Springs, mountain bike trails and access to plentiful wildlife (fox, deer, elk and birds) near by, makes this a perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts. It's within a 20 minute drive to Brundage and Ponderosa State Park. In addition you'll find access to Green Gate and Wallace snowmobile parking just down the street. Inside you'll find an open sleeping loft with three beds - two twin beds and full/futon, and a separate main floor bedroom with a queen bed.
