This is an absolutely stunning home, couldn’t get over the architecture and the layout. Everything was amazing! There was enough space for everyone and more. It seemed like they thought of everything that a guest might need p.s the expresso machine was a nice touch! The location was great. We were within 10 minutes of all the essentials. Thanks for having us.

Great house for large group. Clean and well stocked. In a good location for walking to some places and centrally located for some good drive destinations. Kerin was quick to respond when we had questions. With 8 adults and 4 kids we never felt crowded. Beds were very comfortable too!

Fantastic! We had 3 families with kids for a ski vacation and this house was very comfortable for everyone. So much space and lots to do for the kids with pool table, ping pong,, etc. The adults enjoyed the posh sauna. Kitchen was really outfitted with everything you need for mealtime and the layout was well designed.. The photos of the view don’t really capture how grand it is. Finally, Yakov is a great host - very accommodating, friendly and answered any questions quickly and easily. I suppose you could stay closer to the ski areas but the amenities and comfort of this place far outweigh that minor inconvenience and we loved the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks, Yakov, for an awesome stay!

Great place to stay, especially if you’re planning on visiting Loon mountain with family/friends!

Lisa herself was amazing, she called us to walk us through the place when we got there and had two awesome surprises for us. We stay at a lot of airbnbs when we travel and this was by far the best house ever. super clean, Lisa thought of every single need for someone who is away from home, everything you needed and everything you may have forgotten, she had available. her guide book of recommendations was incredible. her checking in was the best and I wish I could have stayed longer. thank you Lisa for making our anniversary so incredibly enjoyable with your place!

Words I don’t think can describe how amazing Herrick cove is!!! The house was even more beautiful than we could have hoped for!! The space was laid out beautifully and had everything and more!! Jen was super responsive gave detailed instructions and the place felt like home sweet home for our stay!! We can’t wait to book again hopefully next time during the summer months when we can get full use of the lake and all the amenities it has to offer!!! October was a little too chilly to go swimming haha!! Thank you so much for opening your wonderfully beautiful home!!

We were a group of 9, 3 couples and 3 babies under the age of 2. Molly’s place was great for all of us to space out and the backyard scenery was gorgeous. The home was stocked with everything you could ask for in a kitchen and more. Would definitely consider staying here again if we make another trip up here!

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

This is our third year staying here. It is one of our favorite places. The house is awesome for our getaway weekend- plenty of space and near town. We used the taxi company which was very accommodating. I look forward to staying there again.

Had a wonderful time at Jennifer's log cabin! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Jennifer was easy to communicate with as well! Entered into a large open space with stone hearth and wood stove. The cabin was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had tons of space and was well stocked with cooking tools. I enjoy cooking when I vacation! We also enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the hot tub was an added bonus! The location is quiet and private with a nice view of the mountains and river. Also fenced in for those with little ones. It is also close to local attractions. I would recommend Jennifer's log cabin to anyone looking to just get away.

We were happy to get this location as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the region. Jessica and her team were great in their responsiveness for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was comfortable and safe. When the drive way was iced over they sent a truck to plow, sand, and salt it to ensure that my older parents did not have to worry about slipping. The house was just as described with the amenities being accessible and clean. We would definitely stay again.

We could not have found a better place to stay while having renovations done at our own home. We packed up our gaggle of golden retrievers and one beagle and felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the house. There were treats for the dogs, blankets to put on the couch, verrrry comfortable twin-sized memory foam dog beds and endless amounts of toys for our pups to enjoy. There was also a treat station as well as lickit mats and doggie painting to keep these retrievers happy and busy. This house is so dog friendly. It’s a perfect balance of a beautiful home for the humans that is also perfect for the dogs. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen large and well-stocked with necessities, such as paper towels, dish soap, dishes, pots and pans and that stove…. Beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and cozy. If the dogs hadn’t wanted to get up so early, we may have slept part of the day away. Having the availability to do laundry was also very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

As one kiddo said at the end “this is the best weekend ever!” This was the perfect getaway and wished we had more time! Stayed 4 adults and three kids with a dog and had more than enough space! The layout of the house was perfect, as having bedrooms on each side of the house! An incredible area so close to town. 30 minutes to North Conway and just minutes to good food! King Pine is also 20 minutes which has multiple winter activities. The house is also so close to the lake! The space was cozy, had everything you needed, comfortable beds, and what a great surprise to have a dryer for the wet clothes after a day in the snow! Matt was a great host, helpful, fast, and responsive. Would stay here again!

This was such a nice space for a large group. Plenty of options for accomodating everyone in sleeping spaces and even quiet places. Really lovely home!

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

This spot was great for me and my group of friends (7 people in total) for a long weekend trip! Everyone was able to have their own beds, the house felt spacious for our group, and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking and hanging out. We really enjoyed our stay in particular, the indoor pool in the basement, the sauna, and the views. Easy check-in with a door access code. Private driveway had plenty of room for our 4 cars (with space for potentially a couple more cars too if needed). Thank you for the stay and we would definitely be up for staying again if we are ever in the area in the future!

So great for families! Lots of space and beds, great kitchen and dining set up. Kids loved the hot coco bar! Very close to Attitash, North Conway. Great stay and would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!
