The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place for a weekend trip to Salem!! The location was perfect distance from Salem and very convenient. Michael’s apartment was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, and when we checked in there was free wine and snacks waiting for us which was a nice little touch!! We would love to stay here again for a future trip to Salem!

We loved the location in Hampton Beach! We came off-season for a few days of much needed relaxation. The balcony facing the ocean provided beautiful, serene and peaceful views. Although on the 2nd floor, the stairs are easy to manuever and lead right to the beach. It is literally steps away and we were able to walk down a few times a day. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, me and our small dog. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was trendy and modern.The host was always generous and responsive with any questions. The area was quiet, private and safe. I would recommend this location to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s place! The home was beautiful, spacious, and pristine—just like the photos. Ryan was a wonderful host from booking to check-out, making everything easy and welcoming. We especially loved the location, with the beach and great local restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

It really is steps from the bay!! Stayed with my partner for 3 nights during the off season, the place was so cozy and clean, a perfect place to relax and warm up between chilly walks on the beach. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated all of the hosts’ local recommendations for food and shopping. Hoping to return again in warmer weather !! Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

Out of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this one has been my favorite! Sharon was very accommodating, left the best personal touches, and was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for you & your loved ones

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s house. Everything was exactly as described. The house is fully stocked with everything. My daughters were impressed by the coffee/ tea provided. We had a wonderful week. Beautiful views of second beach. The yard was perfect for our small dogs to run around. We can’t wait to stay again.

We love Ipswich and are so glad to find this gem of Airbnb. Mark's communications are topnotched and he proactively checked in with us to ensure that everything is alright. The house has everything we needed and more....not just for short stays but equally suitable for longer stays too. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The house heating system is very efficient and heats up the whole house quickly and comfortably for the few cold days we were staying there. My husband loved having a dedicated work space which had a beautiful water view. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Everything is very well thought out. It might be an older house but it's very quaint, cosy and quintessentially New England. Although we had several days of lousy weather.... we still managed to do plenty out of the few half days when the skies cleared out. Oh and thank you for the very lovely cranberry banana bread... its one of the best that we've ever eaten.

So glad I came across this home! The space is great with a beautiful view. Joe was a wonderful host and always responsive and helpful. It was a peaceful getaway to begin the new year. Thanks for everything, looking forward to staying again!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

Toute notre famille a adoré cette merveilleuse villa et son jardin au bord de la mer. La maison est magnifique, très spacieuse, très belle, très confortable, très bien équipée. Tout est bien pensé, bien organisé, très propre, très bien rangé. Nous avons vécu le rêve américain ! Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons avec enthousiasme.

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Excellent place, sunset and sunrise is just beautiful right from your private balcony, plenty of things to do even on rainy days, huge selection of places to eat, great bands play right on the premises, great people and atmosphere. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. I would love to stay again!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.
