Amazing place. I was very impressed. Responsive host, very clean space, and a beautiful studio. Big windows, very open floor plan. What really stood out was the little details. Too many to list - but countless thoughtful amenities. If I’m back in Delaware - I’m coming here.

My stay at John’s home was so amazing. Everything was perfect. So peaceful so private. I really loved the interior design of the room that really caught my eye. My favorite part of the stay was sitting at the glass coffee table drinking pumpkin spice😇

We had a very nice and relaxing stay here this past weekend. The space was clean and very cozy. The bed was quite comfortable as well. If we are ever in the Newark area again, we’ll definitely stay here.

The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the space itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Loveeeeed this place! You can tell Latasha put so much thought and energy into her place. It’s beautifully decorated and super clean. She even went the extra mile to make it special for me & my husband’s visit. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight, we did not want to leave!

Diane’s place was exactly as described and the pictures matched. Diane was extremely helpful and very hospitable. She was very responsive and made me feel right at home. It was like a home away from home. She lives near a state park and it’s walkable and absolutely beautiful. Next time I’m out in Wilmington, I will definitely stay here again.
