A beautiful residential house located by the beach that has a self contained luxury apartment on the ground floor with your Airbnb hosts living upstairs. A quick walk leads you directly to the beach with many walking/mountain biking tracks. Only 90 minutes drive to local ski fields. There is a TV, Netflix, WIFI and off street parking. Can sleep up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen is stocked with a few days of self serve breakfast supplies to start your visit.

We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it!

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

Newly renovated self contained cottage minutes from the beach, shops and walks. The Shack has had a new lease of life and sits at the back of your hosts house. You have your own entrance and privacy, a spa to soak in and your own courtyard to watch the sunset. Comes with a friendly dog too! A 2 minute walk to watch the sunrise on the beach or the same to watch the sunset over Christchurch. Markets , hot pools, supermarket and shops 15 min walk. Bus stop to city also close. Perfect!

Seaside Studio

Enjoy a seaside escape in this modern studio unit with fully equipped kitchen and room for 4. One queen-sized bed and sleeper sofa available (please see pics). The above-garage studio unit is accessed via external stairs. It is walking distance to New Brighton Village centre, one block from the beach, and a 15 minute drive to Christchurch City centre. Breakfast is not provided but we are happy to give recommendations for local cafes and restaurants. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Our delightfully renovated apartment is only metres walking distance to the beach & New Brighton. Private entrance. This well equiped unit has light & airy spaces with shared courtyard. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple with a comfortable queen bed. Fully equiped kitchen with open plan living/dining. A second bedroom/ Day room with Nood Couch can be set up as 2 single beds. The apartment is attached to our yoga school. shared courtyard . not suitable for toddlers.
