The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location. Excellent off street parking. Not tech savvy so we failed with finding free to air tv. Comfy beds. Regardless of the busy street we could not hear the traffic. Stairs were a bit of challenge however only getting suitcases upstairs. PS: the hair dryer is behind the mirror in the bathroom.

Great location, overlooking Hagley Park. Warm, clean and comfortable place. Well equipped. Fabulous water pressure in the shower! Helpful hosts. Will definitely book again.

Comfortable, fully self contained apartment with beautiful furnishings and lovely private. Courtyard. Grant has done a great job providing many of the unexpected little things you may need when travelling. The best accommodation we have had in New Zealand.

Exactly what we expected for our stay. Wonderful that we could have our dog stay which was such a relief while in between moving cities/homes. Home was warm and cosy, beds very comfortable and everything you need is in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place to stay in Christchurch, nice and central. Thanks James.

Brand new cozy terraced house in modern complex with both private and communal outdoor space. Decorated very nicely throughout with all brand new appliances - washer dryer particularly handy! Extremely well equipped kitchen and very thoughtful touches throughout even down to a first aid kit and lint roller. Felt like home, would stay again anytime :)

Awesome place to stay and so close to the city center. Great travel cot for my baby, not like the half broken once you sometimes get. Worth knowing that it comes without a mattress though. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

This was our second stay at this place and we love the location for ease of arriving and getting into the city. It's also great for our dog to have access to the garden. Again well presented inside and out. already have our next city break booked!!

Highly recommend J&H House. Newly built townhouse and all the furniture and equipment are of good quality. I can see that they are really taking good care of the place. The two bedroom setup was a surprise as I wasn't expecting that prior. The mattress and linen are so very comfortable and made me feel right at home. The water pressure is very high as well, made the shower feel super nice. Kitchen was nicely set up as well. 10 out of 10.

This accommodation is fantastic to stay. New building, close to the central of the city especially the Riverside Market. the house is clean, tidy and got the amenities you needs. Great value to stay in Christchurch.

Lovely clean space. It was great to have onsite parking but also within easy reach of lots of things in the central city. There was plenty of kitchenware and had everything we needed.

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Lexia’s apartment in Christchurch. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet super close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and key attractions. The place itself was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Lexia was a great host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!

Rachael’s place is centrally located within walking distance of the Christchurch city centre. Lots of food options available nearby and there is a park nearby the listing which is great for kids! The apartment is also very new and well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend Rachael’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place in Christchurch. Like all have noted it is clean, classy and comfortable. We loved the location which is close to shopping, recreation and dining. Rachel is also an awesome host giving us help when needed and spot on recommendations. I encourage everyone else to book Rachel’s condo! You won’t be disappointed.
