Stroll down the boardwalk, grab a kayak off the rack & paddle out with the loons; dangle your feet off the massive dock; bounce on the water trampoline; hike the ice age trail; swim, fish, play, & relax. Note:: the home, fire pit, yard, & play structure, are on one side of a county highway. The lake and dock are DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Built in 2023 with families in mind. Fish, icefish, hike, ski, bring snowmobiles or atvs (great trails near by.) Game-room in the basement with a pool table/pingpong table and a foosball table. Two bars on the lake that serve food and are family friendly (children allowed.) 15minutes from Chippewa Falls. 40minutes from Eau Claire. Absolutely no loud parties! Also no loud music after 8pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Lake Cottage on Sand Lake

Enjoy being steps from the water on Sand Lake which is one of the clearest lakes in the area. The updated cottage has all modern amenities which adds to the lake side appeal. For those who fish or like to boat, a private dock is provided for you and also steps to get in the water and cool off. Remote, tranquil, quiet and private getaway on 5.8 acres on the banks of the Elk Creek; only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! This creek is known as a class 1 trout stream. Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

Includes 20ft dock, fire pit, a wrap-around patio with gas grill, lots of seats and long driveway for your vehicles. Across the road is a public park, and a couple blocks north is the public swim beach. Launch your boat a block away! The downtown area has great shopping and places to eat, as well as a grocery store to get yourself stocked for your stay.
