Place was tidy. However the balcony does not give a pleasant view considering that it is facing an ongoing construction. But on the other hand, the hosts are accommodating with the clients requests as well as responsive. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Such a great place to stay! The unit had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to see.

We stayed at Marjorie’s Crib to be close to MOA for the pyromusical, and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the mall. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made things easier since we were traveling with kids, a grandmother, and a nanny. The unit itself is clean and spacious. It’s functional, well-equipped, and the air conditioning was cold and comfortable. My only comment is that the bidet wasn’t very user-friendly (not the usual bidet). Also, the pictures on Airbnb should be updated to reflect the current MOA view from the balcony, as there’s now a building under construction. Overall, our stay was good, comfortable, and hassle-free. Would recommend for families looking for a convenient stay near MOA!

Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

sobrang comfy magstay sa place na to and sobrang bait ni ate Leyn . ang bilis din nya magresponse kapag nagtanong ka sa kanya and kinakamusta nya pa yung mga nagcheccheck in kung okay ba 😊 and ang lapit lang ng place sa mga pwedeng puntahan na pasyalan . and dami rin store hindi mahihirapan mamili ng food , also meron din honesty store sa unit and may pafree pa . super recommended , sure na babalikan namin kapag need namin ng place to stay .

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

Pingpong and Basketball Court with pools was a plus when I had my family over to visit me. I wish there was a volleyball too! This was a very wonderful stay closer to TAGAYTAY. If you want to hit up nice BARS I’d suggest drive to Tagaytay at night around 11 PM so no Traffic and come back the same day. Otherwise I’d recommend Chop House Restaurant and Bar in San Pedro about 20 minutes drive which is a great vibe with live band goo foods. Walking distance to supermarket and near Vista Mall/ Ayala Mall/Paseo/Nuvali/

Amazing place to unwind but still feels at home. We had a fantastic overnight stay at this Airbnb. The ambiance of the place was absolutely wonderful – peaceful and cozy, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was a highlight, providing lots of fun and relaxation. The service was exceptional, with the host being extremely kind and responsive in communication and Ate Gemma the care taker always ready and easy to approach, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cheryl’s an amazing host. We were well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting GenTri. My cousins and I had fun with the karaoke all night. Place is accessible and peaceful. Will absolutely have plans to come back here in the future.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

「立地」鉄道駅に隣接しておりマカティ市内でもグリーンベルト以北に比べ空港からも近い。またコンドミニアム内に立派なファザードとロータリーがありグラブやmove itを呼ぶのも容易なのが良かった。隣接したショッピングモールにはコンドミニアムの敷地内のみを通って訪れる事が出来る。22時まで空いているスーパーに直ぐに買い物に行けるのは非常に便利だった。反面、マカティの繁華街に出るにはゲーテッドコミュニティのsan lorenz villageを迂回せねばならず、それが若干面倒だった。 「部屋」写真に掲載されていた通りの部屋で清潔な上にチェックイン前に害虫駆除の薬剤散布をしてくれたようで宿泊中は一度も害虫を目にすることは無かった。エアコンは窓用だが良く効き扇風機と併用することで部屋全体を効率的に冷やすことが出来た。家庭用冷蔵庫も良く冷えて多くの物を入れられるので非常に助かった。 「浴室」手動のウオシュレット付きのトイレと直ぐに温水の出る新しそうな給湯器付きのシャワーがあった。シャワーの油温は38度程度と日本人の基準からしたら少し低めだが暑いマニラの気候を考えると全く問題にはならなかった。 「総評」綺麗な部屋に親切なコンドミニアムの従業員さんや警備員の方がおり治安の心配なく買い物のできるショッピングモール隣接と完璧な宿泊先でした。Krisさんの宿泊前からの親切なアドバイスと合わせてお薦めできる宿泊席だと思います。もちろん私もマニラを再訪する際はまた泊まりたいと思います。

We had a very good time in Brian’s place. The place is big, perfect for families and the best part is they allow pets. Also, Brian was very responsive and helpful.

My wife and I have stayed at Penpen’s place several times and it’s always been like being back home. The location next to Venice Canal mall is a great place for shopping and eating at many different restaurants. There’s also a large Robinsons market there to get all of our needs. The best thing we like is the balcony which we get a great view of the sunrise every morning while drinking our morning coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at Cozynook! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it super cozy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-curated getaway!

Location is superb, near to fast food, supermarket. Walking distance to Newport mall, casino, T3. Safe security at condo. Host is responsive and friendly. Maintenance and cleaniness can be better.
