Stanleys place was in a very quiet and private neighborhood, with only a short trip to the airport. The apartment had what I needed for my trip and was safe, clean, and a great value. Stanley was very responsive and helpful when I needed directions and providing details on check-in/out. He was a great host.

I couldn't be happier with my stay here. Josh, Leslie's son, was wonderful and gracious to me at all times. I appreciated his kindness and conversation. The apartment was so clean! The bed was so soft - it was the most comfortable bed ever. The view was breathtaking. It was peaceful and fun to watch the monkeys. The hills are pretty steep- it was not bad for me but it wouldn't be ideal probably for some older folks. I walked down to the grocery store to pick up a few things I forgot and it was overall an easy walk. 10/10 definitely recommend. I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!

Very cute and beautiful homy place. Close to beaches and function venues, restaurants and supermarket. If you have a big luggage, then be aware of the stairs. Friendly staff and was easy to communicate and check in- and out.

Ezra is a fabulous host. We booked at the last minute and he was very attentive to our needs and always responded to our questions. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to some great restaurants.

Dale is a lovely host. This apartment is part of the family dwelling. Dale’s yoga studio adjoins. We were only there for one night but found everything to our satifaction. Dale was most helpful with organising taxis and takeaways !

As has been stated, Garett is an incredible host. This is probably the most thoughtful, proactive, kind and engaged Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From arranging my transfers, to having the lovely Eliud prepare lunch for me when I arrived; Garett made my time in Eden Villa so easy and restful. I cannot emphasis how helpful the complementary Jeep is and this is such a thoughtful value add. I would definitely recommend staying here and would like to sincerely thanks Garett and team for their hospitality and kindness. Nevis is a special place and your local recommendations and guidance elevated my experience. I hope to back again soon!

I was really pleased to find 'Villa Iris Lower' was available for my dates. It had everything I needed to self cater and not far to walk to the beach. Maria quickly answered all my questions, prior to booking and once booked, her and Gary offered much advice on how to get there from St Kitts airport, including contacts for Taxi, Water Taxi and Property managed by Urban, who was very kind and helpful to all the guests staying on the complex (Villas; Calypso and Iris). I was also made welcome by the resident in Calypso, who showed me the best view of the bay from the Calypso balcony and where the locals hang out on Tuesday nights, in the bar on Oualie Beach, where it was a really friendly atmosphere and nice vibe on music night. Regarding entertainment that's about it, peace and relaxation, nice beach and 9km form Charlestown where I bought the groceries and explored a bit more. There are some mini busses. Ideally you need to be fit to walk up a hill or rent a car to explore further.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at Beulah’s apartment. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and bath. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants/bars. A small grocery store is a 10-minute walk along the golf course path. The pool patio was private and peaceful. I was relieved to find a secure, gated property to park my scooter safely overnight. A great home base to explore St. Kitts and relax when you want a private escape.

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

We absolutely LOVED Cassandra's home. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and one infant. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best was the outdoor area. We loved spending time in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, watching the waves crash ashore. We spent numerous hours around the outdoor dining table admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality with family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet area yet close to the water taxi. We rented a car so we used the ferry which only runs in the morning and one trip in the evening so make sure you can get there depending on flights if using a car. Once that is figured out the rest is pretty easy. Nevins is beautiful and untouched. The house has everything you need. We made sandwiches for our hikes and ate out for dinner. We had a wonderful time. Celeste was very responsive with questions regarding the ferry which I did not figure out ahead of time. We had lunch and went for a swim in st kitts before we got on the ferry. If you take the water taxi it’s super easy since they come and go.

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited to accommodate our group comfortably. Joyce was an exceptional host, making the place available to us at a moment's notice with flexible check in and check out. The place is spacious and RIGHT on the ocean which is great, with tons of restaurants in walking distance, plus supermarket, the Marriott and casino, and lots of other great places. Couldn't be more convenient. We slept 4 adult men comfortably here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the place has a washing machine as well and lots of towels. The lovely development also includes a pool and lounge areas. It condo could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but overall you can't beat this location, convenience, and bed count at this price. Thanks Joyce!

Christine is a lovely host and her place is beautiful. The view on the patios are amazing. It's within walking distance to the Frigate Bay beach restaurants so no need to drive or hire a taxi. Highly recommend.

I loved my time here! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect - I walked everywhere and for places that were too far to walk, the taxi stand was only about 5-7 minutes down the street. Timothy Hill to the left, the Marriott and restaurants/shops to the right, and the Strip is just across the street. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed (the extra sun hats were especially helpful!). Great shower, the bed was so cozy, and the patio was beautiful as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

It is a nice place Kevin has. It is big enough for 2. A wavy beach right on premises and swimmable one in 15 walking distance. Several restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity. Internet was good enough for me to do occasional remote work. The host is responsive and helpful. All in all I'd go back.

Keathly & Lilleth are fabulous hosts!! We had a couple of issues (one minor, one a bit more involved) and they were responsive, friendly and helpful! We adore staying in their impressive condo! They have been wonderful to us; even allowing us to add a few little things to help us feel even more at home. If they had other spaces in other places, we would opt to rent through them again! Absolutely nothing but 5-stars (or more!!) all the way for them!! We are grateful that they have such a lovely space they make available - and as long as we’re able, we certainly hope to always be able to rent through them!!

We quickly needed a place to stay. Sam responded fast and was able to accommodate a late check in. He actually came to the property to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Then he graciously met us on the beach at night IN THE DARK to help pull up our dinghy onto the beach AND then help carry our luggage. The place had everything we needed and was clean. He even left a bottle of chilled wine and waters in the fridge. We stayed for 10 days and anytime we had a question or request he responded kindly and promptly. He never made us feel like we were asking too much. He also does car rentals so we were able to rent a car for a day. He had a driver drop off and pick up the car which was extremely helpful. The property has a beach bar/restaurant attached to it and we ate there about 5 times. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The views from condo are incredible. We would definitely stay here again and most certainly recommend Sam as a gracious caring host.
