Veniamo spesso in questa zona per trovare mio cognato e abbiamo trovato questo alloggio situato di fronte a casa sua! Perfetto! Ottimo prezzo e gli affittuari molto cordiali. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo e anche se non ci è servito a molto, ci sono tutte le utenze per cucinare. Forse l’unico consiglio che posso dare è che forse ci vorrebbe una piccola tv in camera per chi è abituato ad averla e guardarsi un film la sera, ma è questione di abitudine. Per il resto non ho nulla da criticare, sicuramente sara l’ alloggio preferito per quando verremo a Roma

Very cute and clean apartment in a great location close to the beach!

Nadia was a wonderful host! I had so many questions and she was super helpful right away! The place is beautiful! Right in the perfect spot to be around events and things, but also have some privacy. Also, It has anything you need to cook a good meal! I definitely recommend staying here!

I had a nice few days with my friends at this place. It was in good spot, not far from beach and had really good restaurants near.

I had a wonderful stay at Cristiano's place--it's well located, not far from the beach, easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the Metro. Ostia is a great base for exploring Rome because of the easy Metro connection; you can spend the day in Rome but come back to relative peace and quiet in Ostia. And the best part of my stay was the host, Cristiano. He picked me up at the airport, took me back, and was full of helpful suggestions: friendly, kind and thoughtful. He is proud of his city and wants to help his guests have a good stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

We loved our one-night stay here. Close to the airport for our layover. Neighborhood felt very safe and walkable to the train station and restaurants. A short train ride to Ostia Antica Paolo was a fabulous host. Helpful with transportation and flexible check in. He gave us great recommendations and explained everything in the apartment. The apartment was modern and very comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely stay. We would stay here again.

Потрясающие виды на озеро! Тишина и умиротворение. Очень тихо, спать ночью очень комфортно. Жилье - старинное здание в 2 этажа с высокими потолками, просторное и комфортное. Это не современный отель, а место с историей и очарованием. Оно добавило колорита в наш отпуск. Дом был очень чистым, со всем необходимым. Самостоятельное заселение было очень удобным и понятным. Хозяева всегда на связи, внимательны и добродушны, отвечают на все вопросы мгновенно. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка, где всегда есть место. До деревни Неми 5 минут пешком, где есть кафе, рестораны и просто красивые виды. Сама деревня очень колоритная и атмосферная.

Posizione comoda con molti parcheggi nelle vicinanze , appartamento pulito e host molto disponibile, ottima esperienza .

Casa incantevole spaziosa luminosa pulita e bellissima. Ottima posizione vicina ai migliori ristoranti della zona e ad un passo dal mare. Elisa è stata davvero gentile e sempre disponibile. Esperienza oltre le aspettative. Il balcone con l’affaccio diretto sul mare ti lascia senza parole, un vero e proprio sogno ad occhi aperti. Torneremo sicuramente!!

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Soggiorno perfetto, casa come in descrizione! La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della zona. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, gli ambienti erano accoglienti e ben ordinati , facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Un plauso speciale va ai gestori: sempre disponibili e pronti ad assistere in ogni richiesta. La loro cordialità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione che mettono nell'accogliere i loro ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole, ben posizionato e con un servizio eccellente.

Lugnt och fridfullt område. Boendet var mindre än vi väntat oss, men passade oss perfekt. Sängarna var jättesköna. Stranden var precis utanför altangrinden, underbar fin sandstrand. Det finns en liten affär precis vid lägenheten, och Abdul som jobbade där var otroligt hjälpsam. Eftersom kommunikationerna var dåliga så skjutsade han oss de gånger vi ville åka någonstans. Om vi någonsin kommer tillbaka till Torvaianica, så kommer vi garanterat bo här igen.

Margherita was super friendly and really responsive! She was very patient with all my questions and answered thoroughly. Her place has an amazing view which was very nice to see the sunset from. Definitely recommend her place if you’re in Ariccia.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Elvira und ihr Mann Marco waren sehr sehr warmherzig und super freundlich!! Sie waren immer da, falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben und standen uns immer zur Verfügung! Die Unterkunft war tadellos, sauber und einfach nur süß. Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann den Sommer hier vollstens genießen😍 Zum Ende hin haben sie uns sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk gegeben, sehr sehr süß und bedacht🥹 ich kann diese Unterkunft und diese Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

bellissimo appartamento con jacuzzi privata, perfetto per una breve immersione nel relax vicino a Roma. Gli spazi interni non molto grandi potrebbero essere un po' limitanti in caso di mal tempo, ma il terrazzo è la vasca valgono completamente il prezzo dell'alloggio. host disponibile e preciso, sicuramente consigliato!
