if your ever out in Carleton place they all say the Mississippi dripped off of Big Joe's face and also Scott has the best airbnb in the area! had a wonderful stay. went to Ottawa for the hockey playoffs and I had car trouble, Scott allowed me to use his truck since I had car trouble! absolutely above and beyond in all aspects. so generous and so thankful I stayed here. hot tub was so relaxing, and the loft style home is great for all -kids, guys, girls but is a gamers paradise especially if you grew up in the 80s and 90s! don't look further than Scotts place in Carleton place! I felt like family! 😆😊 incredibly thankful for Scott's generosity and I will be back anytime I'm out that way. This host and place shatters the 5 star scale just too bad we didn't win the game or would of been the perfect getaway. cheers Scott! you are the man!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

This is a custom house with a very unique layout with direct riverfront access in a private neighbourhood. 5 beds (I believe 3 kings 2 queens), two dining areas, large kitchen and a centralized living space. Games room (pool, table tennis) above the double garage with parking for multiple vehicles (easily 5) on two separate driveways. Large sauna in the basement (it gets quite hot), and a very clean (and comfortable) hot tub on the first floor facing the river. We had a group of 7 and had no issues stretching out after a ski trip. Sound insulation of the house is excellent. Heated floors available in all the bathrooms and what appears to be most of the house. Two of the bedrooms did not have window shades. Dr. Brown was very accommodating with a later checkout time, and is very easy to talk to. This is a very unique airbnb experience.

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! paul’s bnb was super clean, comfortable & exactly like the pictures. the beds were super comfy which is an added plus. stalked with everything needed to enjoy your stay. would definitely book again. quick drive downtown and minutes away from the airport

This is a lovely house, spotless clean, well equipped with toiletries, linens, kitchen amenities and even has laundry on site which was a bonus. The host was very kind, and responsive to any questions we had. Wifi was reliable and speedy, there was a nice working space with a desk and extra monitor which was convenient since I was working remotely during my stay. We will continue to return to this Air BnB whenever we are back in Ottawa visiting our daughters attending Carleton.

I love the smart lock new technology & home heater system. The Home is beautiful and bright, all rooms dark enough to sleep longer with black out shaders (curtains). I hope to stay longer next time soon!

Sacha's property is modern, well furnished and equipped. You are surrounded by windows on the ground floor that place you comfortably in a woods setting. The rooftop terrace offers an excellent view over the Gatineau River. Sauna was a bonus and it functioned perfectly. The propane fuelled fireplace was as realistic as any we have seen. We will consider a return visit later in the year. Sacha's place afforded a peaceful, quiet escape from city living.

We had an exceptional stay at Trevor's bungalow! Perfectly designed for our family of four, it was both spacious and cozy. The location was ideal—conveniently close to local shopping, attractions and a short drive to beautiful Gatineau Park. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal prep easy, and the comfy living area where we relaxed after our day trips, summer work experience, and camps. The backyard deck was a fantastic spot for us to BBQ and unwind in the evenings. Trevor was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any minor issues. Overall, this bungalow offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making our summer visit truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Canada's capital while enjoying a homey retreat!

This was my third time staying at this air bnb. It’s beautiful and the neighbourhood is lovely. We go to the Nordik spa and it’s a nice quick drive. There’s a cute cafe not far we had breakfast at. I highly recommend this air bnb.

Was in Ottawa for work and in a tight spot looking for a place to stay the day of, and all hotels were sold out. Heard back within a few minutes of booking request and Jean was more than happy to accommodate us, even with how last minute it was. The area is great, house was clean, and we had everything we needed. Thank you Jean, I’d happily recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, a few blocks from Bywater Market, Parliament and the National Gallery. ALL a short walk away. House was a fun combo of rustic design features (like some old barn wood in places) but modern appliances Very clean comfy beds Plainly set up like the owner stays there, usually a good thing. Only complaint is the shower is a bit dangerous Old school claw foot tub with a curtain BIG step over, my wife chose not to shower. No walls or grab handles. I DO recommend staying there, would happily stay again, just be a little careful with the shower.

Adam is a great host, very proactive and responsive. This is a private, secluded home and very quiet. Nice not hearing people above you!!!! The bed is extremely comfortable as are the sofa and chair in the living room. Very spacious! I highly recommend this place.

Here’s what you get: a very well stocked kitchen with Nespresso, Ninja blender, lots of pots and pans. A couple sets of dishes, full spice rack, oil, etc. Also lots of towels, plenty of paper products, and laundry supplies. It was just me so I can’t speak to the beds in the other bedrooms but the bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable (it’s also quite high so may be an issue if you’re short). Huge TV with cable and streaming services. Area is walkable and there is a playground nearby. Decor is fine - contemporary and pretty comfy. Esther is SUPER responsive and helpful. The house is in the suburbs so, while you can walk in the neighborhood, (yes, sidewalks) you can’t walk to restaurants or services. House is starting to show its age, a little, but it’s fine. I stayed 4 weeks (solo traveller) and would recommend it if you are looking for a 3 bedroom place south of Ottawa.

We absolutely loved our stay at Foujan’s place. The place was pristine and homey. We liked having the rules and advices printed out and accessible. We’re looking forward to coming back!

I booked this Airbnb super last minute due to a family member in hospital nearby - one of the days I even walked to the hospital and back. Very beautifully designed space - charming apartment located at the back of the hosts home. Very clean, equipped with everything you may need. Charming neighbourhood, with the most beautiful garden outside your big picture windows. My 6 month old son enjoyed the morning birds, and even spotting little rabbits. Great location, short drive to downtown. It’s the best option while in Ottawa, many many thanks I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

We were a group of 6 girls who had a fantastic weekend away at this home. the place is beautiful decorated and well kept, homey and inviting. the amenities were amazing - robes and slippers to use with the hot tub, snacks, and a bottle of wine - even Bobby pins and hair elastics in the bathrooms. Everything was well thought out!! Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Its a beautiful home and very clean. Very quiet neighbourhood. It felt like home too.
