很温馨的木屋房间，院子也很别致，度假村的餐厅气氛非常好，美中不足就是等菜有点慢。整体很值得，希望有机会再来。

This place was absolutely amazing and well worth the price paid. Directly on a white sand beach in front of a protected marine reserve with fantastic snorkeling. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, local shopping, and small mom and pop grocery stores. Close to all the main attractions on Siquijor. The 3 full time staff were amazing, especially Ricky. They keep the pool and grounds spotless, are there to accommodate your every request yet are not intrusive and respect your privacy. The sunsets from the beach are incredible. The rooms are small and simple, yet clean and comfortable with every modern amenity you may need. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant across the street (Luca Loco) several mornings and they delivered it to us on the beach. We had a blast in the pool as well. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Casa Juan del Barrio a 12. We will definitely be back next time we visit Siquijor.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean the design of the villa is well planned. The area is peaceful yet walking distance to the main area of panagsama. Extra patience on the road going in if you bring a car as it is small road though locals are very willing to help and adjust 😉. Overall, a great stay and would definitely come back. We loved our stay at this mountain cabin! The views were incredible—misty mornings and beautiful sunsets. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive, and the caretakers were friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway—highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place. A perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful and private get-away. The view of the mountains is simply stunning. The host and staff are very approachable and addressed all our concerns immediately. While cooking in the premises is allowed, the adjacent restaurant and Duyan cafe a few minutes walk away provide a better alternative than home cooked meals. Even though we noticed a lot of customers going to the restaurant, we never felt an intrusion to our privacy nor disturbance to our peace due to the vast open and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely book this place again in the near future.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit! Die Aussicht ist einfach unglaublich – damit jeden Morgen aufzuwachen, war ein Traum. Mimi war jederzeit für uns da und hat immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Als wir einmal Ameisen in der Küche hatten, kam sie direkt vorbei zum Putzen, und mit einem Spray, den wir uns besorgt haben, war das Problem gelöst. Die Hunde und Katzen waren total lieb und ruhig – jedes Mal, wenn wir sie gesehen haben, ging uns das Herz auf. Auch das Zimmer war klein, aber mit vielen Ablageflächen sehr praktisch. Die Dusche war gut und den Trinkwasserspender haben wir echt geschätzt. Es war sehr heiss, und da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, kann Remote-Arbeiten herausfordernd sein. Nachts war es mit dem Ventilator für uns aber perfekt und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Strassen zur Unterkunft waren besser als erwartet, auch für mich als Scooter-Anfängerin kein Problem – selbst im Dunkeln. Und es wird sogar dran gebaut! Die Lage fanden wir super! Danke Mimi!

superb host! he was very friendly and accommodating. His house has a great seaview which i fell in love. His friend Andy has a cliff diving spot and it's great to jump there. renting a motorbike is a must in this island so you can travel easily especially in this private, secluded wonderful place.

Joanna responded quickly to our late-night inquiry and kindly waited for our midnight arrival, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The place was clean, with hot showers and fresh towels, and located in a quiet area, just as we preferred. She also allowed us to shower after checkout before our afternoon activity and helped us arrange a tricycle when needed. They also offer bike rentals, making our stay even more convenient.
