Accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, le logement est parfait . Grande chambre, Clim,cuisine et salle de bains indépendante. Nous étions avec des amis qui étaient dans l’autre maisonnette . Barbecue à notre disposition entre les2 maisons. L’environnement est calme .

We had an amazing stay at Sophia's House beautiful and cozy place! From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he was very hospitable and always ready to assist us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He also helped us book a tour and ensured we were with a trusted and reliable driver/guide, which made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The place itself is spotless, relaxing, and truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you again, David and Gem! My family and friends had an amazing stay at Paul's place. We were traveling as a large group and it can be hard to find restaurants for 14 people at a time. It was so helpful to have Paul recommended caterers to cook meals at the house.

Me and my whole family had a wonderful stay! The host was exemplary—kind, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt very welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

Nous avons ADORÉ! La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire, est paisible et impeccable a seulement 10min à pied de la plage où il y a tous les restos, bars, activités, et petites boutiques. Un vrai luxe d’avoir eu cette piscine privée à cet emplacement et par cette chaleur. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Merci pour tout nous espérons y revenir un jour 🙏🏻

This location exceeded our expectations. Near our favorite dive shop, next door to one of the best restaurant and bars (Baha Ba’r), and still private enough to feel secluded. I would certainly stay here again.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vorallem muss man sagen Lebensmittel und Kleinigkeiten kann man in der Nachbarschaft kaufen. Hatten freundliche und ruhige Nachbarn. vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

The place was as described. Nice and spacious, fit for big groups. It was located only a few minutes away from Cebu IT park and commuting to and out of the place is no hassle since the PUV terminal is nearby. The way in is quite steep and narrow but it was disclosed beforehand. There was a bit of challenge in managing the toilet situation since there was only one and there's ten of us. There was no hassle in showers though since there were three. I do not suggest using or drinking from the water dispenser. The water tasted plastic-y. Outlets and sockets were abundant and conveniently located. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the Royal Crowne Residences. The host answered the queries beforehand and gave good instructions. Staff were present and helpful.

Lemuel and Sheryl are very responsive and helpful. Their place is clean, complete, safe, and worth more than what you paid for. Although the map linked to the “Getting There” tab (via Google Maps) did not pin the exact location, Sheryl was very responsive in giving us clear directions. Highly recommended for affordable and comfortable staycation in Bacolod!

It was a great experience staying at Joel’s place. Me and my family enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with a swim and singing on their karaoke. Me and my boys loved that Pool table challenge as well as our little exercise in the gym. The car to use for 500 pesos made our food and snacks shopping easy. House is perfect for a big group. It is nice and tidy. Swimming pool is cleaned every after we use them. Caretaker is very helpful and always there when we needed her. I definitely come back again. Thanks so much!

A very nice cool, comfortable, spacious home. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes downstairs with plenty of screened windows and the smart TV. Free brewed coffee maker was a very nice touch. The AC in the master bedroom is a high quality super quiet unit, comfortable king bed

Residence 1380 is a fantastic AirBnB for big families or groups who need a place to stay in the heart of Bacolod City. It is a stone’s throw away from City Hall, and is just next to MegaWorld’s Upper East development. There is a Savemore Grocery, Jollibee and Mcdonalds nearby. Residence 1380 itself feels just like home. It feels like your family’s house in the province that you visit during vacation. There are 7 rooms. Beds are clean, there are aircons and fans. Showers have heated water. The house has an open air patio in the middle, where you can enjoy dinner under the stars. The kitchen is well stocked, complete with all the utensils and equipment you need to prepare hot meals. There is fast wifi internet that is hassle-free to connect to. And the garage can fit 2 large vehicles

Caine's place was great! The place was well cleaned and was exactly what we needed. Definitely appreciated the really cool AC in the bigger room :) We will probably come again the next time we want get away for a while

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend Ma'am Belle’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu and will definitely choose her place again on our next trip!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

we enjoyed are staying. it's a big house. it's quite. we can highly recommend. Teresa she is a very nice person. 😊

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

Grace’s native house is really beautiful, with a wonderful privat garden, where you can retrieve and winde down after a day of explorations! I recommend to get a scooter to get around to the nearest beaches and to explore the town and surroundings. Grace was very polite, friendly and helpful. She checked in everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was perfect for us! We stayed in the house with 7 people and had more than enough space for all of us. We had a wonderful time and miss this beautiful house already! Thank you, Grace for making us feel at home🙏

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.

Séjour très agréable.Le lieu est très calme et c'est ce que nous recherchions. La maison est quasi sur la plage et il ne passe quasiment personne. Les transferts sont bien organisés. L'accueil de Jorge était parfait.Lui et sa femme sont très serviables et les repas préparés variés et très bien cuisinés. La maison est bien équipée. C'est sûrement le meilleur hébergement sur l'île.
