Kind, knowledgable host. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he had it fixed right away. We were very happy with the place and his responsiveness.

The hosts were amazing, especially with recomendations on what to do and see in the local area. They were always a great help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bohol and Panglao.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

Had a fantastic time at Kevin's place. After arriving we quickly settled in and felt right at home. Kevin was very helpful in pointing out to us points of interest such as beaches, ATMs, waterfalls and other sights. Kevin always responded quickly via the Airbnb chat and was always happy to have a chat in person in case we had a question about something. Would definitely recommend Kevin's place to other travellers, private area away from the crowds with a beach a quick walk away with stunning scenery and a fantastic view of the sunset from the property.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

Well located apartment (everything as described and as seen in the photos). Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Communication with the host was very quick and easy. The host was very friendly and helpful. We spent 7 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Christine’s place! The location is excellent—close to everything we needed, restaurants, shopping, transport that was easy to get around. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities to make it feel like a home away from home with a smooth check-in process. Would definitely stay here again!

Place is accessible, secure and quiet. Host Rowena is approachable and quick to respond.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the pool and more local things to do. The condo is very comfortable with air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. We were looking for a relaxing stay and this property fit the bill. Overall it was a pleasant holiday for us. Nice location in the heart of It Park, everything needed around ! Lovely stay !

Just the right place to stay. It was located around 7 minutes walk to the training area. If the traffic is not congested, it is an ok location. Can get by easily thru grab to ayala malls, sm seaside, IT Park. There is also a mall in front if you want to buy groceries, 7/11 below, watsons and a little market around the corner. So, you can basically buy or find essentials. The place is also safe, clean, and quiet.
