Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Nea Peramos

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

The place is a whole first floor of a three floor house. There is a private yard for the guests with a large palm, lots of space to play, a hammock and a big round table for lunches outdoors. Indoors the house has a living room area, bed area well isolated from the kitchen and dining space by a portable wall, a bedroom with large double bed and lots of wardrobes and a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything you need for cooking at home. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, we found both ergonomic and regular pillows. The house is in very quiet area and has outer blinds on all windows so sleeping is great there! There are nice touches and handmade decorations everywhere that made us feel at home! But the best experience was meeting and talking with Vladimiros parents. They are such a nice people, very welcoming and kid friendly. Sofia had prepared a meal for us when we arrived and cooked a great breakfast once. Iordanis took care of us when there was an issue with the water supply in Palio - he switched on the water tank the house has and even brought us a dozen of water bottles! The dog is also lovely, our son liked to play with it a lot :-) Will definitely consider staying at the house again if we visit Palio.

Wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage, nah am Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Ich werde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und gerne wieder kommen.

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

Εξαιρετικη συννενοηση! Το σπιτι ηταν πανεμορφο και πεντακαθαρο! Η θεα απιστευτη και οι παροχες καλυπταν οτι χρειαζεσαι! Η κ.Sarah προθυμη να εξυπηρετησει στα παντα, πολυ ευγενικη και χαρουμενη κανοντας την παραμονη μας ευχαριστη και πολυ ευκολη! Ειναι μια σιγουρη προταση για καποιον που θελει να επισκεφτει το νησι! Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σιγουρα στο μελλον!

Evin konumu mükemmel. Teras manzarası gece ve gündüz müthiş. plaj hemen ayağınızın altında. Evdeki eşyalar gayet yeterli ve yeniydi. Ev bakımlı ve temizdi. Biz gelirken Feribot saatinden ötürü biraz gecikmeli geldik. Bizi bekledi ve daireyi kendisi tanıttı. Evde küçük bir eksik olduğunu fark ettik Elena bunu söyledik biz dışardayken getirip kapıya bırakmış. Eve yürüme mesafesinde otopark mevcut. Her türlü ihtiyacınızı yürüyerek temin edemçbileceğiniz bir lokasyonda.

Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte in Nea Iraklitsa und dafür war das Studio perfekt. Es war blitzeblank und sehr ruhig dort. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend mit einem Minikühlschrank und der Kaffeemaschine.

Нам дали більшу оселю, ніж ми замовляли спочатку. Це чудові сучасні вілли. Дуже просторо та чисто. Є все потрібне. Дуже зручні матраци, спати на них одне задоволення. Нас трохи підвів мобільний зв'язок, не одразу знайшли свій будинок, благо виручив ресторан з WiFi поблизу. Дякую за цікавий досвід.

The apartment was very clean, location close to the city centre and the host was very friendly and gave us really good recommendations.

Το διαμέρισμα του Αναστάσιου είναι ακριβως όπως και στην περιγραφή. Πάνω στον παραλιακό, πεντακάθαρο και ανακαινισμένο. Ο ίδιος είναι φανταστικό άτομο κ θα ήθελα να προτείνω το κατάλυμα του σε όποιον είναι να έρθει στην Καβάλα. Την επόμενη φορά πάλι στον ίδιο θα μείνω καθως δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση καν να κοιτάξω κάτι άλλο. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Φιλικά, Αναστάσης / Anastasios’s apartment is exactly as described. On the coastal road, very clean and newly renovated. Himself is an amazing guy and I would like to suggest his accommodation to whomever is about to or is interested in visiting Kavala, Greece. Много сме доволни от престоя си в дома на Ntanis. Много чисто, подредено и уютно..Имаше всичко необходимо за една хубава лятна ваканция. В действителност условията в квартирата бяха по-добри от очакваните. Домакините бяха изключително любезни, внимателни и отзивчиви. Не бихме се поколебали отново да наемем този дом.

Apartament superb, foarte bine mobilat si echipat cu toata tehnica necesara. Pozitionat perfect foarte aproape de parc, port, magazine, farmacii.....absolut tot de ce aveti nevoie. Gazda foarte politicoasa si in general, calatorind pentru prima data in Grecia am ramas cu impresii bune. Sigur v-om mai reveni in viitor!

marios harika bir ev sahibi. çok güler yüzlü, dost canlısı ve her zaman enerjik ve neşeli. evin konumu mükemmel. kumsalın hemen arkasında. ayrıca tüm restoranlara eşit mesafede. gürültüden uzak. ev çok temizdi her yer pırıl pırıldı. havlular ve çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. biz istemeden marios tümünü değiştirdi, gerçekten çok düşünceli bir davranıştı. kocaman bir balkonu vardı çok keyifliydi. buzdolabı, ocak ve klima oldukça iyi çalışıyordu yeni gibiydi. bitmesini istemediğim bir tatil oldu. her şey için teşekkürler!

We spent over two weeks in this flat and everything matched the pictures. The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed. Nicolay provided us with all the necessary information. Thank you.

A great value and you can feel at home since it is very cosy. We felt happy how clean and fresh everything was. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a nice stay. Our most favourite spot was the terrace, where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and dinner in the nights. Location is also perfect, you need a minute to reach the main street of the resort. A very nice surprise were the most polite neighbours we have ever met, they managed to bring smiles to our faces few times. The only thing that one should note is the foldable staircase leading to the room with the two single beds above, but it went just perfect for us. I recommend the place and would be glad to stay here again soon!

Vicky is the best hostess who made us feel at home! :) We are grateful to Vicky for her outstanding hospitality, great care and kindness! The location of Vicky's house is brilliant: on the one hand, it's close to the center and on the other hand, it's situated in a quiet place. Vicky is always ready to solve any problem you face very quickly and gives you lots of advice where to go and what to see in Stavros and outside! Vicky's family are all fantastic and very kind people as well as Bruno, a very intelligent and kind dog! Our daughter got attached to Bruno so much that she was crying when we left Vicky's house... We would certainly recommend to stay at Vicky's apartment!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο με μοντέρνο design κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ειναι μαγική και σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να ταξιδέψεις μέσα στη πόλη κ στο απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Η Host ήταν πολλή εξυπηρετική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα 🫶

David iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Evi yemyeşil doğanın içinde, merkeze yakın şirin bir köyde yer alıyor. Evin içinde ihtiyacımız olacak eşyalar , mutfak gereçleri vardı.evin içi temiz ve düzenliydi.

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.
