The farmhouse is excellent and a great place to unwind. The caretaker is extremely hospitable and made amazing food.

Very nice place. If you like quietness, silence, peace, wilderness and wide open spaces then you will enjoy it. Nice cosy residential property in a very big farm land. You will be in the lap of nature. Can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner under different trees, comfortable hammock and canopy under huge trees with lots of birds chirping. The staff was extremely warm and hospitable. Sanjiv (host) is very responsive and helpful too. His flexibility provided for an early check in and late check out was a very warm gesture from his end. The cook and caretaker (Baani) are very warm, hospitable and helpful. The farm house is the last of the farm houses on a stretch of barren land, post which the rocky barren jungle starts. There aren't residential complexes or properties in radius of few miles, which makes the place very quiet and peaceful. The last few miles to the place is a broken road but good enough for vehicles to travel and reach there.

A quiet farmstay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Peaceful, clean surroundings. A welcome break for nature lovers. The room has everything one needs, basic, beautiful and extremely functional. Please do not expect modern, hotel-ish fanciness. Fresh, farm grown food adds to the charm for me - exactly what I value in such experiences. Homestyle meals, made with the freshest possible ingredients with a great view of trees, birds and the sky! 🥰

Jeet was very helpful in almost everything. He even jumped in to resolve issues with other local decorating vendors. Not only this the manager in the house has always been very polite, responsive, and helpful to reassure our comfort.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this peaceful farm. The highlight of our experience was the amazing hospitality, especially from Poonam Ji and Dinesh Ji, who made us feel completely at home. Her delicious home-cooked meals were the soul of our stay. Every bite was made with love and care. What truly stood out was the chulhe ki roti served hot with hand-churned butter and fresh lehsun chatni. It took us right back to our roots. Simple, wholesome, and full of flavor. Poonam Ji's food alone is reason enough to visit. The place itself is calm, beautifully connected to nature, and gives you the perfect break from city life. Waking up to the sounds of birds, soaking in the fresh air, and enjoying the rustic charm of the surroundings was pure bliss. If you're looking for a quiet, authentic farm experience with heartfelt hospitality and unforgettable food, this is the place to be.

Wir haben drei Nächte bei Rinkesh und Vinita verbracht. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, ebenso das Badezimmer. Warmwasser war etwas knapp, dafür ökologisch produziert.. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Aber wir brauchten nichts anderes. Das Essen war fein und nicht zu scharf! Das beste an dieser Unterkunft ist, dass Rinkesh selbst Guide im Keoladeonationalpark ist. Er spricht sehr gut deutsch und englisch, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ebenso hatte er sein grosses Fernrohr dabei, sodass man auch bei den Eulen die Federchen zählen konnte! 😉Er organisiert auch die Transfers zum Park. Wir waren zweimal zum Sonnenaufgang da, unvergesslich! Im Januar ist es nachts sehr kalt. Rinkesh brachte uns einen kleinen Heizlüfter, was sehr angenehm war. Wir können die Royalfarm sehr empfehlen. 😊

A lovely place to stay! The farm is beautiful with tranquil gardens to explore. The room was basic as expected, but tastefully decorated which was unexpected. The food was simple but delicious and the farm staff looked after us well.

Exceptional Stay! Check-in: Multiple points of contact ensure you have everything you need to settle in comfortably. Staff: Paswan Ji and Sandeep Ji will take great care of you, providing an excellent tour of the property and attending to your needs. Overall, visiting this place is a must to appreciate how beautifully it is maintained. We stayed in Barn 1 and also visited Barn 2 for horse riding, and we were absolutely captivated by the beauty and attention to detail throughout the property. I highly recommend this place. One suggestion for the owner would be to include breakfast with the stay, as it seems like a basic offering. However, the food pricing was reasonable, and the meals were delicious. Great job, everyone!

We had an incredible time at this villa. The space was even more beautiful than the photos, with gorgeous views, tasteful decor, and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a highlight — clean, private, and perfect for unwinding. The host was responsive,helpful and made our check-in seamless. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Chhaya’s place. From the drive, to the actual destination everything was beautiful. The place was exactly as described and my family and my pets loved it. The amenities and games and the views are worth the price. The caretaker Pardesi was extremely helpful with local food recommendations and getting daily amenities. No intrusion, no disturbance by the caretaker at any time. Although the place is described as pet friendly, and it has boundary walls, I would suggest to keep an eye on your pet if they are roaming without a leash. Overall had a really good stay and would definitely be visiting again!

The property was as described. Beautiful Farm stay, what did stand out was the delicious fresh food. the server and chef was very sweet and talented. would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the real farm life.

A great homely place for a get-together with friends (or family). For us the highlight was the farm, cute lil area, we even played cricket.

I stayed here for three days and two nights with a friend, and we had a wonderful experience. The host was proactive and thoughtful, ensuring a comfortable stay, and it was evident that the caretaker had been trained to provide the same level of hospitality. Our room was spacious enough for two people, well-ventilated, and filled with natural light. We had our meals on-site, the food was healthy and tasted good, though it was a bit milder than what we’re accustomed to in terms of spice. The property is well-maintained and looked just as clean as it appeared in the pictures. There is plenty of open, green space, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city's noise, exactly what we were looking for. However, as it is slightly remote, bringing your vehicle would be ideal.

Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel truly valued as guests. Our group consisted of six people, including my furry companion, our dog. The fact that the Airbnb was pet-friendly was a huge plus for us. Our dog felt right at home, and the spacious outdoor areas allowed for memorable walks and playtime. Although we encountered a minor issue with the AC in one of the rooms, the hosts were quick to assist us in finding a solution. Despite this, the inconvenience was minimal and manageable, thanks to their swift response.

The property was absolutely beautiful, with modern decor and plenty of space for my guests and me to enjoy. The amenities were also top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels and linens. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. They even left a lovely birthday surprise for me upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of the highlights of the property was the outdoor space - we spent hours lounging by the pool, taking in the stunning views and enjoying the sunshine. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax with friends.

My group’s stay at the Bagheera Heritage was the highlight of our trip to India. The property is peaceful and off the beaten path, and was a great place to return after seeing the sights of Jaipur. Surendra and the rest of the staff were amazing and friendly, cooked fantastic meals, and were able to assist with anything our group needed. Highlights included a comfortable fire pit to spend the evenings around and the wonderful horses on the property that we were able to feed.
