The home was comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfy . It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again !

The Stowe Away was the perfect gathering place for our Air Force Charleston Crew! We felt right at home, and Dorothy was the most perfect and gracious host. We are looking forward to staying at “The Stowe Away” again in the near future!

Dorothy is a wonderful hostess, very attentive and accommodating. The rental house is cozy and has everything you need. There is plenty of space and access and parking is easy. Best of both worlds because there are plenty of restaurants and shops just 15 minutes away in Rocky Mount, the location is in a quiet country setting.

This home is gorgeous, the kitchen well-stocked, beds are soooooo comfy and each has its own unique handmade quilt. The pool is salt water, not chlorine, thank goodness!!! But it was really our host Aaron who made our stay exceptional. He gave us a quick tour when we arrived, and is knowledgeable not only of his own house’s history but also of the town itself. He recommended several places to dine as well as the beaches he preferred, and patiently explained how to “do” the beach to these landlubbers. The various comfy chairs and wrap around porch were perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. In the evenings we gathered around the pool and were kept cool with the fans placed about discreetly. The butterflies love the many flowers! My kids loved the formal dining room, of all things. They felt fancy, I guess. Never mind we have a dining room at home. Granted, it is not near as elegant as this one. It is refreshing to have a host who genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort! TYVM!

Karim House is a very good place—neat, clean, and well-maintained. It’s very secure, with a safe and peaceful environment. They also provide 24-hour Wi-Fi, which is a great convenience. Highly recommended!

The place/location was everything we needed. The modern touches done throughout the home. Plenty of space and very close to things around. Will definitely be booking again when we’re in the area! Thanks so much for a job well done on hosting and the renovations!

We had a few hiccups on our stay, but Karim was very quick to respond and remedy it all!!! He was super fast at communicating with me. I never waited more than a few minutes to hear back from him. We could tell he wanted us to have to best stay in his house. The neighborhood and surrounds, well, it’s Rocky Mount. There’s nothing he can do about that! The house is in an older part of town, but we felt safe there. The house is very cute and was accommodating for the 5 of us.

Immaculate home! Everything was pristinely clean with everything needed in the kitchen for cooking and for the bathrooms. Comfortable linens, beds and furniture. It was very easy to feel right at home. The owner was very communicative and helped with anything needed! If we’re back in the area, would definitely stay there again!

I booked this property on Thanksgiving Eve. We arrived on Thanksgiving day and we were able to check in a little earlier than planned, the host was in constant communication with me. The home was beautiful with so much charm and detail. Check in was extremely simple, the host responds ANYTIME no matter day or night and very quickly! My family was able to come and go with ease and there was more than enough space to accommodate all 7 of us. My family was able to park 5 vehicles easily. The host has smart TVs in every room which made entertainment simple for everyone. There was a booklet of instructions that were easily accessible for the wi-fi, cleaning, and check out criteria. If I am ever in the area, I will definitely book this location again.

Rocky Mount Mills near by is great, and this is an excellent value for the size a quality of space. Great for coming into town for athletic events at the Dunn Center. The linen, pillow and bedding we all particularly nice and the we loved the design of the house! Very cool updates that worked stylishly with the historic details of the house. Loved the bathrooms, the high ceilings and cool light fixtures!

it was an amazing stay easy check in, only downfall was the front light wasn't working which it's pretty dark surroundings there. which she did have someone to try to come and check it out. Also the stay could have been more comfortable but the back windows don't have any coverings which makes the privacy lacking if someone wanted to look in they could, which isn't the safest. would stay again if I had to visit the area again.
