Good location, friendly locals and a cozy room. It was a little dirty when I got there so I gave the kitchen a good clean. Also I had to buy some of my own utensils but over all it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back.

会社のオフサイトMTGで使わせて頂きました。 非常にプライベートな空間で、 チーム6人で部屋の中でしっかり話し合いのMTGができ、 また外ではBBQで和気あいあいとすごす事ができました。 待ち合わせの場所まで迎えに来て頂き、 親切に宿泊施設まで先導・案内を頂き、使用の仕方を丁寧に教えて頂きました。 本当に非常によい時間を過ごせたと思います。ありがとうございました！！！

Un très bel environnement pour les gens comme moi, avait besoin d’un moment de calme dans son voyage. Hôte très gentille et serviable. Nara ainsi que son parc est à côté et vous avez un train direct pour Kyoto ☺️

Hirohito und seine Familie sind die fürsorglichsten, lustigsten, entspanntesten und freundlichsten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. sie haben das alte haus liebevoll hergerichtet, mit allem Komfort und dennoch seinen Charme bewahrt. das Essen schmeckt hervorragend! Besonderes Highlight: die Zelt Sauna am Fluss und die Holzwanne mit Aussicht auf Berg und Fluss. Tausend Dank für die erholsamen Tage! 😘😘

This was a beautiful place to stay whilst exploring Osaka. The house is a peaceful refuge after a busy day's exploring. We absolutely loved our time spent here. We also enjoyed the many beautiful Japanese arts and crafts displayed around the property. Our host was friendly, welcoming and responsive to all our communications. Thank you for this very positive experience.

こども3名（未就学児含む）・大人2名（姉妹）で2泊、女子会のように楽しい宿泊ができた。黒ひげ危機一髪やブロックなどちょこっと遊べるおもちゃがあり、2階への階段が2か所ありぐるぐる回れるお家の作りやインテリアも素敵。また、親切なご対応ではじめての利用だったが安心していくことができた。 立地もよく、駅からは商店街を通るルートがあったり温泉や公園があったりと小さな子連れにも最高。温泉は遅くまで開いていて帰宅が遅くなった2日目だったのでとても助かりました。1日目はシャワーを利用したがこちらも快適。朝晩が冷え込む時期だったが大きな暖房もあり快適に過ごせました。さらに、周辺に飲食店もいろいろあったので、ゆったりまた利用したい。

I had an amazing stay at Japaku! The location couldn’t have been more perfect it was only about a 3-5 minute walk to a convenience store, shopping mall, and the train station, which made getting around and picking up anything I needed incredibly easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and was easy to navigate, even for someone visiting for the first time. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward, which made check-in and the entire stay stress-free. I definitely plan on staying here again during my next trip and would highly recommend Japaku to anyone visiting the area!

Spacious home, karaoke is great, large kitchen, great for families.

Quartier très calme, mais rues très étroites pour y accéder. Miyazaki est très sympa; il nous a donné un plan pour nous repérer. La maison est grande

Shinji is a very kind and responsive host. He is always quick in answering our questions and fulfill our requests for additional items and facilities such as extra pillows and extra heater when it was very cold in winter. And I love the free bike too. It helped us explore the neighborhood and go to train station quickly. Highly recommended.

Kyoko was a fantastic host, who even met us at the door before arrival to allow us to put our bags in early! She provided lots of local recommendations, had a beautiful space, and even provided us food and other snacks! It is in a great location, 15 min from Nara Park and 5 minutes to Nara Station (if train noises keep you up, be sure to bring earplugs!) and I cannot say enough great things about this stay!

It is our first trip to Osaka. We are grateful to stay at his apartment that is cozy with essential kitchenware. So we could buy something and prepare our hot breakfast everyday. The owner even let us use his bicycles, so we could set off on our own pace to explore Osaka. Highly recommended for any family trip to Osaka!

Nach 14 Tagen Tokyo und Kyoto haben wir uns auf Osaka ..ruhiger und eher typischer Japanisch sehr gefreut. Makota hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Kontakt war sofort herzlich und unkompliziert. Unsere Unterkunft Gästehaus 2 war wie gebucht. Einfach , keine Betten, Matrazen oben auf einer Empore , Aufstieg mit steiler Leiter. Fußbodenheizung., einfache Küche, herdplatte, Backofen….Toller Gemüsegarten. Eigener Schrein. 4 Gartenstühle…was ich bisher nirgends gesehen habe. Altes traditionelles Haus. Fahrräder vorhanden. Bahnhof zu Fuß 10 Minuten weg. Sportanlagen und Park in der Nähe. Viele Läden und Lokale. Umgebung schön. Makoto und Frau geben Infos, man kann gemeinsam kochen und essen, Onsen und Tempel besuchen, im Garten mitarbeiten…. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Sollte ich wieder nach Japan reisen wohnen wir wieder bei Makoto und Naomi

we stayed here for 5 days and we certainly enjoyed our time. At first the walking distance seemed long but we quickly learned to live it as the neighborhood was nice and we found many restaurants and stores in the area. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Our host was very helpful and provided a great experience.

Google maps gets you there, but it’s in the back of shops, which was confusing. Storekeepers showed us the way. A very comfortable and peaceful location, so we got great sleep. Yet, you just walk out and you’re in the middle of town, near the deer. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice stay at Shin’s place. It was clean, had everything I needed and always had a good night’s rest after my daily sightseeing. On the way from either stations, there are restaurants, konbini, supermarkets, and lots of vending machines :) so it’s also convenient. Shin also gave detailed instructions and responded when I had questions. He was a friendly communicator! I highly recommend this place to people visiting Osaka!
