The accommodation was beautiful, amazingly well appointed, and beautifully clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the welcome basket on arrival. Margie was communicative, helpful, and friendly throughout. There was construction work going on nearby beyond allowable hours the first night and Margie got this resolved immediately and we we're super impressed and grateful for her proactive approach which resolved the issue for the rest of our stay. Truly excellent all round, thank you!

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it! The location could not be better, as you are super close to the sea as well as to the city centre. The AirBnB is well equiped, so we could also use the washing mashine letting our clothes dry on the sun at the balcony. The host was very friendly, personally welcoming us and showing us around.

We stayed for the Art Deco Festival, the perfect location for a group of friends. Spotless home, 4 bedrooms all with en-suites a luxury & central space to chill and relax. Hugely recommend, just be aware due to the magnificent Hugh ceilings and open plan sound does travel.

Amazing place to stay, return guests! Will aim to return every month now! The location is SUPERB right in the heart of Ahuriri. Shops and restaurants and cafes at your doorstep not to mention the beautiful beach out your front door! Alannah and Nait are fantastic hosts with stellar communication and attention to detail. We stayed at the loft apartment in Ahuriri, Napier over the Easter break and had a really enjoyable time. The apartment was roomy, clean, and very comfortable – a lovely space to relax in. The location was absolutely awesome – just a short walk to all the great food and drink spots in Ahuriri, which meant we could get out and about without getting too wet during the rainy patches. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

Margie is a most amazing host — the “best of the best”. We always love staying at the Fire House and our friends love it too. Her interior design of the apartment is truly special — we hope to duplicate some of it in our own home! The amenities are lovely and the location superb. We could stay in bed all day if there wasn’t so much to do in and around Napier. Margie is very responsive. We had a car park problem this time and she dealt with it immediately. Thank you.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at Lynne’s place. From the moment we drove in, Lynne met us and showed us around. She was the perfect host - so welcoming and friendly - made us feel right at home. What a fantastic place for a secluded and private space in the heart of Napier. The accommodation was just as described, Lynley and Drew welcomed us on our first day and made us feel at home . We highly recommend this apartment as a place to relax, unwind and watch the local birdlife.

Apart from one of the swipe cards that didn’t work no matter how many times you swiped everything was great. Loved having the secure parking and close proximity to shops etc.

Sandhya's place is a must-visit. Napier is the Art Deco capital, so why not stay in a building that personifies just that! Amenities were great, parking was easy & location is accessible to a whole bunch just minutes away. The thoughtful touches, the extremely responsive & proactive host, made this AirBnB a perfect getaway. 11/10 would recommend.

Shelly’s place was fantastic to stay at, was well equipped, great comms and a very easy space to relax in. My only comment would be that with a baby the tv location was a bit tricky. Once the baby was settled in the Portacot we were unable to watch tv for an evening wind down, good excuse to play card games though!

This is the second time we have stayed at Pam’s place. It’s a little oasis 5 minutes walk into town. Lovely touches from fresh flowers to fresh orange juice and delicious breakfast condiments. Definitely will be back

We had a lovely stay at Jo’s Airbnb, she was very responsive to our messages. The scenery was beautiful and met some really friendly horses. The Airbnb was neat with vintage paintings I admired at our stay. Has table tennis at the garage, great selection of movies and fridge was packed with yummy organic fruit, Jo’s homemade Apricot jam and really good wine. 5/5 perfect stay definitely would love to come back.
