Simon and Jessica's place is as what was described and shown in the listing. they are very responsive and gave clear instruction on the check in process and any other information they require us to adhere to. they also have a separate team who will check in on us after our self check in. the rooms are very clean and self sufficient, they always help to clear out the rubbish cans daily! the location is awesome as well as it is very close to fengjia night market! the only drawn back is that they do not provide towel, the only thing semblance of it was some disposable hand towel. nothing major so I would totally still recommend anyone who came across this listing to book this accommodation which was very value for money with Simon and Jessica!!

Location was fairly close to night market, with plenty of food options in the vicinity. Host is very responsive and helpful, and check-in process was automated and seamless. Highly recommended!

Great home in a nice neighborhood. Hosts are kind and attentive. I would definitely come back. Just make sure you have enough blankets before going to bed on cold days!

搭公車很方便、貓咪很可愛～

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

숙소는 너무 깔끔하고 모든 문제의 소통이 잘되어 너무 좋았습니다. 다시 타이중에 가게되면 꼭 예약을 하고싶습니다.

房東人非常親切，推薦很多台中的好吃餐廳 房源位置方便，地處市中心，走10分鐘左右即有捷運站可以直接轉高鐵 很喜歡房源的大客廳及工作空間，讓朋友聚會非常愉快，大電視也讓我們共享了美好的Movie night 三間獨立房間讓我們聚會的同時也能保有隱私，兩間衛浴也提供了方便性 房東非常貼心，備有延長線及簡單的杯具供我們使用，由於女生多，吹風機一台稍嫌不足，但分散洗澡還不會太受影響 唯一美中不足就是因為地段關係，房間在晚上還是會聽到一些車聲 但整體是個美好的住宿體驗，下次台中遊也會想選擇這裡

第一次在Airbnb 訂住宿。對這次的體驗很滿意！房間非常乾淨漂亮，LULU房東也很好，有任何問題都會迅速回覆及解決！期待下次去台中玩再次入住～

房東超有品味！房間的色調很舒服，環境維持得非常乾淨整潔，採光也很好，有提供黑膠唱片甚至有手沖咖啡！浴室很大，空間寬敞舒服，有洗衣機、晾衣架。電視有Netflix，放鬆的時候可以看。沒有其他住戶，不怕被其他人作息打擾。總之，非常推薦！

Really enjoyed my stay here in Taichung~ There was so much flexibility to walk or take public transport everywhere, while also enjoying a nice, cozy stay at the Airbnb. My stay was so spacious, clean, and accessible with nice interior design and a beautiful view of the city. The hosts were responsive and friendly throughout my entire stay. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Taichung!

已經是第三次租住Kumao的房子了，這房子的設計還是一如既往的貼心又實用，各種細節都顧到，乾淨又舒服，而且景觀開揚，夜景好美，坐在沙發還能欣賞到日落～ 房子周邊什麼都有，公車站就在樓下，而且這裡的公車班次比較密，去哪裡都很方便～ Kumao真的很親切好客，回覆也很快，真的太感謝了～ 就是過年，價格有點小貴，但這很正常，而且住得舒服最重要，下次來台中玩還是會選擇Kumao的房子～ 溫馨提示一下，如果是在退房時間離開，要預留多點時間，或是錯開那段時間，因為電梯要等好幾趟才擠得進去哦～

가족 여행으로 타이중에서 묵을 숙소를 알아보다가 예약했어요. 타이중 여행은 두 번째인데, 한국인들에게 유명한 식당들과는 다소 거리가 있어서 위치가 애매하지 않을까 걱정했는데.. 오히려 좋았어요!! 한 건물이지만 마치 세 개의 동으로 나뉘어서 숙소동, 호텔동, 쇼핑몰로 구성된 느낌의 건물에 있어요. 1층엔 편의점, 스타벅스도 있고, 쇼핑몰에는 식당도 있어서 좋았어요! 길 건너편엔 백화점도 있습니다! 특히 쇼핑몰 과일가게에서 석가도 매일 사먹을 수 있어서 좋았네요ㅎㅎ 짐도 1층에 미리 보관할 수 있고, 쇼핑몰 지하에 짐 보관 사물함도 있어서 잘 이용했어요. 이동할 땐 택시타고 다녔는데, 왠만한 곳은 한국돈 8천원 이내에 갈 수 있었어요. 숙소엔 침실 문이 따로 없었지만, L자형 구조여서 분리된 공간처럼 활용할 수 있던 점이 좋았네요. 특히 화장실 수압이 정말 정말 쎄서 최고였어요ㅋㅋ 샴푸, 바디워시, 핸드워시는 구비되어 있고, 3일 묵었는데 수건이 1인당 1개만 제공되더라고요.. 수건은 여분으로 챙겨오시는걸 추천드립니다!! 고층이라 야경도 멋있었고, 가족들도 모두 마음에 들어했어요🙂 엘리베이터는 3대여서 고층임에도 기다리는 시간이 거의 없었습니다! 호스트도 요청사항을 잘 반영해주셨고, 친절하고 빠르게 답변해주셔서 좋았습니다!! 여러모로 만족하면서 편하게 잘 지냈던 것 같아요. 다음에 다시 타이중 여행을 가게된다면 또 묵고 싶습니다!!

一房一廳的公寓整體感覺很不錯，唯一的小缺點就是浴室，洗澡要踩進浴缸不太方便，其他都很不錯，房東準備的備品也很有質感，超喜歡的，有機會還會想來住😊
