The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

The house was beautiful, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. I would highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful stay there!

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is adorable for walking and our little one loved the playground right down the road. The house is so quiet yet so close to downtown and beaches. Will definitely be back!

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our large group getaway. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the detached pool house apartment was a nice option for those who wanted to be a bit more separate from the big group. The yard/pool was beautiful and Renaldo was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect house for a family/group visit to Nantucket. The location is phenomenal and the house is well-equipped for beach trips, bikes trips, and home cooking. Eric is a phenomenal host and available to answer any questions or concerns that you have. I highly recommend this place for guests that have not been to Nantucket and wanting accessibility to multiple areas of the island.

Our family of 4 with two young children loved our stay! We all felt right at home in this beautiful house. Susan was responsive and great to work with. We would love to return next year!

Very cute and cozy cottage. Decorated in a true Nantucket nautical theme. The home had everything that we needed to make for a pleasant stay. We were able to walk to town very easily and to Children’s Beach and Brant Point also. Hope to rent again someday!

My nephew and his family had such a great week on Nantucket. Douglas' home is very cool and authentic Nantucket with the wood paneling and everything simple and basic in all the best ways. It's a super private and peaceful spot. They felt very comfortable right from the start and loved everything about the house. Douglas was super friendly and available for questions and suggestions. They appreciate Douglas sharing his home and are already looking forward to returning.

This was my second time staying at Elizabeth’s place and it was so great! Beautiful, well kept home with everything you could need ! Good location on the island and she is quick in communication. Highly recommend and we’ll be back !

We stayed for 4 nights for a wedding, with a 3 and a half month old infant. On arrival the A/C was not working, as it had not been turned on since last Fall. Joe immediately responded to my message and had an electrician at the property within a few hours, late in the day on a Wednesday. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the prompt action, and everything else about the stay was wonderful. Centrally located, can walk to many great restaurants and beaches, cannot recommend highly enough.

Richard's place in Nantucket is truly a hidden gem. The location is perfect, making us feel at home right from the start. The house is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and is impeccably clean. My kids loved playing in the outdoor space. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Holly’s place was pleasant and peaceful and exactly as described. Less than 2 minute walk to lovely beach and ocean views from the house. Was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely be renting there again!

We spent two nights at Michael's place and thoroughly enjoyed it! He has a beautiful and private property with a great location. Close to the great main town center of Nantucket, but far enough away to feel like you are in a tranquil setting. Michael's was responsive, helpful and thoughtful in that he let us check in several hours early. We highly recommend his airbnb
